the place is quiet and near at the beach

internet in some room was slow. some facilities like the bidet and flush is not working properly. Also they forgot to clean my room when i put the make up my room sign since when i left my room for 6 hrs.

I thank Ms. Carmie for being friendly and helpful. She tried to solve all problems and ask on all questions. all staff is very friendly also, but she is the best.

hotel is very old, it needs repairs. towels are very old and wiped. the good beach is near the hotel, but other restaurants and activities are far from the hotel.

great pool and amazing location in Panglao. it it 3 minutes to the beach. beach was clean and beautiful, with few people, way better than alona beach. hotel could be amazing If improvments are made.

our room was full of mold and smelled terrible as there is no ventilation. you can’t let fresh air without opening the doors and i was afraid of bugs and mosquitos because there were no mosquito nets. everything had mold (pillows, curtains, sheets). there was big bug in the room. we stayed there one night and i told my husband i can’t deal with it (we travel with one kid and 8months baby) and asked the staff to change the room. They prepared us new room very carefully with cleaning everything (including Windows and changing curtains) and the room was way better. I enjoyed this room very much so If i got it from the beginning my rating of this place would be 8/10. so If you stay here, Make sure that you get good and clean room from the beginning. i think in general hotel should throw away all things that are molded, improve ventilation and clean the place more often. also, other guests were very loud during the night (even at 4am) and staff didn’t care.

It’s close to White beach and the room was clean and has nice little balcony. The staff was helpful.

The facilities need serious renovation. The food needs improvement too.

The place is very comfortable. It is clean. The food is great. The staff are friendly. It is away from the parties so you can really relax. It is near the beach where you can swim without it being crowded

too far from alona staff dont give us water everyday even in breakfast time. they didint make up our room even once during our 4dqys and 3 nights

The road to go inside maybe needs improvement.but still its ok.very need the beach and staff are friendly.

I think the only redeeming factor for this venue were the staff. They were polite and helpful.

We arrived at night. -The location was quite difficult to get to. Apparently, you would have to go uphill on foot (since cars find it difficult to come inside the alley leading to the hotel), it was dark and there were no proper signages to say where to go/where the hotel was. -upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. And after 15mins or so, we were informed that the hotel doesn't have food because of unexpected bookings. (What's the use of reservations then?) -rooms were infested with ants. -one of the rooms we reserved didn't have towels or duvets. When we asked for the beddings, they don't have any stock (again due to unexpected number of people).

the ambiences and cleanliness. we slept well during our one night stay.

the price we book thru booking.com vs the actual price we pay at the hotel is much higher. this is actually the first time i encounter huge disparity in price indicated online vs actual.

According to my sisters in law - i did book for them. everything was perfect. nothing to complain. they also did eat dinner every day there. so the food was also good.
