It was clean, cool and the check in lobby was great! dinner was pretty good as well. It was super close to the big mall and other cool shops around. The staff were great and friendly. Will be coming back again!

Difficulties when I tried to settle my account causing me to miss my ferry (it took a while for them to confirm I’d paid the restaurant directly for my breakfasts)

KARL AT CONCIERGE SAVED ORU TRIP - He was so helpful and friendly and was the only high point of our stay. The pool and pool bar was good. Buffet breakfast had lots of options however quality wasn't always there. Located next to the big mall, only a short walk so very easy to get snacks and go to restaurants.

Staff other than than one man at concierge were NOT helpful. Because we unknowingly booked the apartments not the hotel and were told by the staff at the pool we "werent allowed to use pool towels". Cleanliness of our apartment was below what you would expect for the price. example: Hairdryer had something all over it that was sticky that I had to clean. Kitchen bin falling apart.

They have great customer service & pleasant staff. Our room was clean. Accessibility to the shopping mall & restaurants is very convenient. Their breakfast buffet is very good.

If only they have clothes washer/dryer & oven in their residences, I will rate them 10/10.

The apartment was great, modern and everything you need is available. washer was great, though some clothes line would be great. The staff, front desk and security were nice and respectful. We had a great stay and will definitely recommend to friends and relatives.

The washer is good but nowhere to hang the washed clothes. we only had one remote for all 3 split type AC

It's very close to the shopping centre. There were always staff to help with bags. The apartment was spacious. Big bed. Good water pressure. Nice staff.

Few cockroaches in the bathroom. The couch and mattress need a good steam clean. No kitchen utensils. I stayed on two separate occasions and the "same" apartment varied in size and modernity

The apartment was huge. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The food at Puso restaurant is delicious. Everybody needs to try their pork sisig.. it was served during breakfast!!
