Family room was located in the 2nd floor of the reception which means you will hear staff talking and you have to take the stairs next to the reception to go to your room. There were a lot of mosquitoes and we had a lot of bites even after spraying the room with Baygon that they provided. The room needs a serious revamp, not worth the money we paid for. The staff won't clean your room every morning unless you tell them each morning. The resort overall lacks entertainment to keep the guests happy. And there is a service charge every time you order something from the restaurant, even if it's just 1 mango shake. No wonder you don't see anyone ordering any cocktails and chilling at the beach. Everyone seems to go out and spend time elsewhere rather than staying in the resort. This resort needs to update everything including it's management and organization. It's not worth the price that you pay for.

It's right on the beach and the place wasn't crowded at all. Food was good and staff was friendly and helpful if you needed help with anything. Definitely makes you feel like you're camping on the beach. The Casita was very interesting with an outdoor shower and bamboo creating a wall between the bedroom and bathroom; not much for privacy in that sense. If you like the feeling of being outdoors all the time, this is the place for you.

Beautiful hotel - cabana was right on the beach and was lovely inside. The grounds of the hotel were lovely with lots of places to relax and a great bar selling nice cocktails & food. Breakfast was nice.

Beach was nice thou a lot of dried leaves when we were there in December. Breakfast was Great!!! . Staff were friendly.

The dried palms were just being burried at the sand infront of the resto just to be taken away again the water.

we loved everything about this place; the friendly and professional staff, the meals among the best food I can remember eating; the beautifully manicured property and floodlit palms and coconut trees; the close proximity to Santa Fe’s restaurants, bars and nightlife. 10 out of 10 and no hesitation to recommend it highly. we visited other resorts on the island and none came close. the only downside and it is a minor one is the 3.5 hour air-conditioned want ride from Cebu plus a one-hour ferry crossing. The resort owns a ferry service and will arrange the transfers and pick up. upon arrival you are greeted with an exotic tropical drink

nothing we didn’t like. Loud weekend music from nearby clubs was noticeable on a couple of nights but the band(s) were good and made one want to venture out. also it didn’t go too late.

Beachfront, peaceful, food was very delicious, and most of the staff were friendly. They go extra mile into making you comfortable. I didn’t expect the nachos overload to have very big serving as well as their breakfast. It was amazing! We stayed at cabin 6 and everything was clean and tidy. I love the fact that the other guests are not noisy. Will definitely come back!

The interior of the cabanas were so nice. There is lot of places you can lounge outside. Delicious and good serving size especially for breakfast. The beachfront is clean. Definitely the best place to have some R&R. The town center where restaurants are located is just a 3-5 min walk.

Location and ambience. Staff very friendly

The van that was use to pick us up from the port was very smelly and the driver was in a grumpy mood, not welcoming at all.

Although we mostly enjoyed our dining experience An offereing of fresh fish as in maybe the catch of the day would have been nice. Also the fried calimares were like rubber and hard to chew. Again fresh squid would have been nice

inconsiderate management

The staff are so great and very friendly. This is an amazing place. I love the staff so much in here especially people who works at the bar. These people need to have a raise for doing a great job and excellent customer service.

The TV sometimes not working. Too bad we dont have a wifi in our room because it is under maintenance. The pool were not cleaned and its really small.

A small resort. But absolutely wonder. The room was clean and well set up. The staff was extremely attentive and EVERYONE was very pleasant. The view was amazing. There were always trikes available to tour, sight see or take you to a specific destination. The food was 5 star. There were also many wonderful restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Will be returning in the future.

I like the design of the Cabana, the ambience, location, mostly the excellent service from the staff. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by their staff with welcome drinks. Ton is our favorite from their staff. He was really nice and helpful. We loved the ambience and relaxing vibe of the cabana and their entire resort giving you excellent beach life experience. The room was really nice and matches the summer vibe. This is really perfect for vacation. I love that they offer one beach towel and one white towel for indoor use per guest. They also provided complimentary soap and shampoo that smell really nice reminds menof Angels Breath. The breakfast was also good. of course we ordered danggit. I just hope that they could have served mangoes instead of watermelon and pineapple or perhaps gave options. We were in Cebu after all. The resort has excellent customer service, professional staff. One of them was cleaning the shore because there were some trash that were drifted ashore. That was really nice because it was disappointing to see some trash while we were snorkeling by the beach, so we helped kuya. Keep it up. Food in the resort’s resto/bar was excellent. We loved the gambas and we enjoyed our drinks Bantayan Sour and Spinch, 2 of their signature cocktails.

With the fruits being served in breakfast, I just hoped that they served mangoes instead to complete the Cebu experience. Also I hope they have options to offer dried pusit for breakfast. It could have been an excellent experience if it weren’t for the mouse we saw in our cabana. However, I called reception and they made a trap with bait just outside our cabana and it did the trick. Thank you for your 24 hour service.

I had a wonderful experience in Amihan with my friends. The Cabanas are spacious, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. Big breakfast servings with few options. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, I remember Izzy, Hazel, Kesia among others - thanks so much for your great assistance! It's the perfect place to stay in Bantayan, with exclusivity, comfortability, and top-notch service from the staff. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants that are just a few steps away. We had a fun party one evening and went back to the hotel for a quick night dip at the infinity pool - this was quite a plus as it's next to the bar area. This is the perfect place if you really want some relaxation and just chilling. Great job guys, really enjoyed our stay!

Should have been better if they added the electric port next to the bed and not in front as it's uneasy to sit there when you just want to lay on the bed; and would be nice if its a little cheaper, other than that I can't pinpoint any other things.

Room was very nice, good air con, fridge. comfy bed. 10 seconds to the restaurant and beachfront. plenty of seating area, beanbags, sunloungers. food was very good, not the cheapest compared to other food places but food was very good and probably one of the best all round places in Santa Fe. Nathan who worked in Restaurant was very friendly and helpful.

would be nice if slightly cheaper so we could have stayed longer but wasn’t disappointed at all.
