the views property are beautiful. the bed and furnishings were very comfortable. And the access to the beach was great.

It was my second stay in this place but this time in a different room (Family room). The view is always stunning, amazing location right on the beach, surf racks, outside showers are very useful for surfers.
Great sleep quality, good bed linen, well equipped kitchenette, proactive and helpful host
While my previous room was a pure perfection, this Family room has some maintenance issues and would need to be refreshed

Great spot, it's right on the beach and there's even steps that lead down to the water right in front of the Supertubes break! Common area was very modern and chic, also very spacious and comfy. Common area kitchen was pretty comprehensive and included what we needed as well. Loved the room, it had rather high ceilings which made it feel more spacious. Highly recommend.
It's not necessarily in the most central part of 'town', so you can't really just walk anywhere quickly but that may not be an issue for some if you prefer to stay near the popular surf breaks and or away from town.

Stunning building with a breathtaking view. Spacious community rooms and terrace with direct access to the beach. Large fridge with integrated ice machine is a plus. Tastefully designed interior.
Gas barbecque was out of gas and partially broken. Basic kitchen utensils and condiments like oil were missing. With some minor upgrades this could be transformed to a 5 star experience.

Unbelievable view from the big, super clean and comfy room
Nespresso machine and really snazzy Tv in the room - the whole building is really modern and furnished to high standard. amazing for the price
Asked to WhatsApp/contact when ~10mins from the property for check in but this isn’t ideal for international travellers with expensive mobile phone roaming charges.

No guests allowed. This wasnt communicated prior to stay.

Amazing view of the sea with the sound of the waves, the bathroom was also superb and the air conditioner helped keep us cool on those warm evenings.
Another major bonus was that they had solar power, was nice to forget about load shedding for a few days.
Security could have been better as some guests left the patio doors open till late and I was unsure if they would be locked

The spaciest room, the view, the house, the interior style, the vibe, actually everything! Super views to check out the surf, sunrise and dolphins in the morning. never been in such a big house with a huge Livingroom/kitchen and patio. really great stay and the complementary coffee in the morning is great! wish we stayed longer. Definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!
we couldn’t use the tub because of the water shortage but that’s unfortunately in a lot of places

Beautiful villa with stunning views over the ocean. Tanya and the rest of the personnel were absolutely amazing and helpful. Wish we would have stayed longer.

I liked the ocean view and easy accessibility. We were just relaxing in the room one afternoon and saw whales from the window!
they don’t offer food, which is fine. but it would be nice if they had basic condiments and sauces available for cooking. Otherwise there is nothing we didn’t like.
