Nice staff, they were really helpful and friendly, beautiful location in the forest and nice big rooms. Private pool was perfect!

service and food in restaurant awful. 2 hours + to get main meal (because we chased.) neighbouring tables arrived after us and were on their deserts before we even had our starter. we did speak with management during our time there, and at the end we were told they would cover bill. this was a nice gesture but in reality this was a once in a life time stay, very expensive and the meal was part of it. would have preferred to pay for a suitably quality meal to make the overall stay perfect.

We stayed for one night, but it was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.The suite was gorgeous, with a lot of space and great showers- both indoors and outdoors. The views were stunning and very peaceful.

𝕋𝕙𝕖 Zinzi Restaurant: 𝕋𝕙𝕖 food quality is very low compared to many other places in SA. The smell,once entering into the room due to humidity: although is understandable, I would suggest to add an home spray.

Amazing location, perched in the trees overlooking a wooded valley. Beautiful, luxurious rooms. Delicious meals. Graceful, talented, caring staff.

amazing room with terrace overlooking the valley and a private plunge pool. facilities couldnt be better and staff was very helpfull and so welcoming. turn down service every night and dinner reservations made for us made us feel very much at home and welcome. dinner in both Tsala restaurant and Zinzi were so delicious. thanks so much for making this an incredible part of our honeymoon.
