Room location with a nice view from the window. A little dated but with all the necessary amenities.

An update in the amenities would be nice.

There are no trash drums

New, clean, good location. It is an apartment, has a mini kitchen and cleaning equipment, (broom.) Very clean bed linens. Very good attention to the guests, helping and comforting. Highly recommended.

The apartments are super clean and cozy to use, we found all we needed there. The owner is responsive and helpful. The building is warm and has a special ski depo to store all equipment. We also much enjoyed the restaurant on the firs floor

The only thing that was troubling - is a room with strange people next door, looks like they live there permanently, or have a hostel with the crowd of people and kids, which are noisy and barricade the corridor with their staff near our doors.

Best location if you are willing to ski all day in Gudauri resort. All the facilities near the houses- restaurants, shops and bars. Very clear room, big double bed and sofa was provided. As well there was a full equipped kitchen which allows you to cook any time.
