The place is standard and the price is high despite spending so much money there over R8,000+ I was harassed over nothing after booking 3 rooms in 1 day and spending so much at the bar. I was called over 10+ times regarding hair dye on towels found on the bathroom bin and yet the guests who stayed in the other rooms had braids, the girls and other room young boys from my family stayed in. The hotel must wash and bleach white towels from stains of bleach or wine but in my case, it was made like I should pay extra to take the towels for washing for the dye found on bathroom towels. I don't know if this is now a racial thing or just money seeking but I won't succumb to it and for the key it was taken by mistake and is returned. The management attitude is with such disrespect and with no regard considering so much money being spent over in such a short period. I will never book here as they don't deserve my money so people should watch over this place if you are a big booking from the black community

It's a pity I couldn't see much coz I came late and had to check out the following day but I liked all that I saw on arrival

Unfortunately my room was closer to the hall... So the noise yaaah but it wasn't for the whole night... Thanks a lot for ur consideration

We did not have breakfast or any meals so cannot comment

Noisy guests in and around facilities. Motorbikes and cars revving and people loud in the hotel. Bedside lights FAR too bright (they are spotlights.)

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The only problem I had was I suffer from my back. So not having a couch in the house, we abit difficult. Bt my stay was still 110 percent. I would do it over and over again.

I didn’t like that I still haven’t received my R2000 refund

Friendly and helpful staff. As with their motto ‘come as a guest and leave as a friend’ - most definitely! Good food and an excellent room.

Quiet. Good value for money. Friendly, helpful staff.
