Friendly staff, parking onsite, nice clean spacious rooms and comfy beds. Had to swipe in for access after 10pm as there were randoms on the street not staying at quest trying to get inside!

Quite noisy at night time / not the hotels issue however an alarm was going off every couple of hours all night which kept waking us up.

Staff helpful and accommodated my requests.

Night Manager was proactive under difficult circumstances. Unfortunately the damage had already been done.

Terrible breakdown in communication with hotel reception. We made 3 separate phone calls to them, to clarify that we'd be arriving very late and we needed quick and safe entry into the Hotel after a 8hr drive. Only to be left cold and stranded on the street outside at 2am unable to enter the Hotel, as we couldn't access our Hotel Key via the safe. We never received a follow up phone call to offer us an explanation as to what went wrong. I suspect we were given an incorrect key code. We did everything we possibly could have to avoid this situation, only to find ourselves in it anyway. Exhausting.

Possibly the most comfortable motel bed and pillow I have ever slept on. The shower was great too, unusually spacious for a motel bathroom, with good water pressure. The staff were all lovely, and their number plate recognition setup is the first one I've seen that actually works! I could drive my car out of the car park without drama. Clean and great value for money, I'll be back whenever I need accomm around the Liverpool area.

It was a little bit noisy for me, but that's what happens when a country girl goes to the big smoke, isn't it? We're just not used to the activity of a city. I'll bring earplugs next time. And I don't know if my GPS was drunk, but I had a little trouble finding the parking entrance. Don't let that put you off, I'm 'directionally-challenged', so normal people would probably find it with no trouble.
