Bed, soundproofing, check-in procedures slow and rude.

The location

The bed was uncomfortable. The reception staff isnt very professional but tried his best to accommodate to my needs. The room wasnt ready for me to check in at 2pm.

Facilities can be better, AC in some rooms didn’t work well, same goes the water heater, sometimes cold, sometimes hot.

The view

The room is smaller than expected. The bathroom mat was very very dirty and the urine smell very bad. It was okay when the toilet is dry. After its become wet, I cannot stand the urine smell. I think it come from the bathroom mat. The elevator cannot push down button. Luckily I have event elsewhere and not spending more time at the room

Location.

The parking is quite small. The shampoo container is broken. The wooden floor near the window when stepping got sound and bouncing. The first day I reach, one of the room lock already got problem. Try to call receptionist, no answer and have to go down to tell them. Use around 10-15 minutes to settle the lock problem. Second day, when coming back from outside. There's 2 rooms can't open (total booked 3 rooms). Once again have to go down to reception to ask why. Found out they only set the room card for 1 day🙄 Lastly, during check-out. Have to ask only they will give you receipt and they ask you back why you didn't say earlier you want receipt. 🙄 Well, is it not normal to give your customer receipt or ask customer whether you want a receipt? And not assume that your customer don't want receipt. Just curious.

Great location. Comfy bed. Nice staff. Great view.

Old building. Door not locking properly. Weird smell in Room. Noisy showers from other rooms wake u up at night.

Facilities are exceptional.

The check-in took too long. Perhaps, the hotel could improve on the lighting. There's only one dim light in the bathroom. It's too dark.

Check in was quite fast. Room was jst nice for 3 (2 adult and 1 child). Bed was comfortable. No bottled water in the room but the hotel prepared a jug in the room so you can fill it up as there's a water dispenser in the hallway. Hotel is clean. Location is just nice with a kopitiam right outside, though we mostly Grab-ed to most places.

Just a personal preference, but I feel that the pillow is quite high and was not comfortable. The kids pool was rather small too.
