The aircon was good, and there was hot showers

We’re do I start, no fridge , staying in a room for 10 days and you can’t get a cold drink, there was ment to be a restaurant hotel but had no ice or coke and others soft drinks, , allowed large groups off young men to stay in the next work , banging the doors all day and night , and all sitting outside my room talk for hours and hours, very intimidating for my wife, cockroaches and ants, , the staff don’t speak any English, and tried putting my card through 3 times for payment not explaining to me what she was doing, didn’t make any effort to clean the room or give us fresh betting or towels, very ignorant didn’t even bother to look up from there phone when we came in or went out, we left after 5 days , and sleepless nights , avoid this place

Chambre spacieuse toute équipée avec une grande salle de bain et beaucoup de pression sur la douche un plaisir. Les hôtes sont sympas et l hôtel est a 5 min du centre d activité de kampot. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon.

At night time people can open your room door and not safe to stay. A lot of mosquitos.

We stayed here for 5 nights over the Khmer New Year (Kompot is a great place to be for the Khmer New Year) It's a family run business and they are all super friendly and helpful. Sorted out a motor bike rental for us. The location is great, everything is in walking distance. The bedroom was a nice size, had a fridge, good air con, very nice bathroom with good showers and the bed was very comfortable.

Wifi is a bit slow on the 3rd floor,

there was a renovation in progress two rooms away very noisy. and the mattress and pillows are not comfortable at all

They did not give me my room upgrade and they do not have breakfest included witch is said on booking

- large view from the both sides of my room (third and highest floor) - comfortable bed - very clean room and sheets - well designed room (seems to be recently reformed, with good taste) - very quiet because excellent location - natural fresh air at the third floor : no need AC to sleep at the third floor (end of September- beginning of October), however there is a very efficient, modern and super quiet AC in the room.

- very slow or inexistent WiFi at the third (and highest) floor : the highest WiFi router is at the second floor. Then, if you need of a good WiFi speed, ask for a room at the second or first floor.
