Cosy warm spacious room, decent shower, good central location but far enough out to be quiet. Plenty parking, lovely helpful host.

The owner of the hotel was just and incredibly nice and amazing person! Everything exceeded our expectations! Linda made us a route for both days and it was incredible. The breakfast was just amazing, the handmade cakes delicious! They are so kind you just feel like you’re at home. The room was big and the beds really confortable. I’ll recommend this to all my friends! Thanks Linda for everything!

It was amazing place to stay and cost was also very less for group. Also, I requested for early check-in and the landlord Lynda immediately agreed for early check-in. She was super friendly 🙂

Near city centre. Large room. En-suite Bathroom - really good shower. Comfortable beds.

Single bed had a squeaky bedframe which was annoying for person sleeping in bed and others in the room.

Was very clean and bed comfortable but felt it was quite dated.

It was easy to get to with ample parking. Lynda and Roddy are great hosts. Great advice on things to see. Breakfast was simple, locally sourced and fairly priced.

Lynda (the owner) is very kind. The house is confortable and clean. Ten minutes walking to the old town centre. We enjoyed our stay

The room was bright, cheerful and suited our needs perfectly. Our host was very welcoming and gave us a lot of precious information about the area and life in Scotland. Breakfast is very nice. The location is great too.
