Very central location. Plenty of parking near by. Spacious inside.

Quite tired. Needs some updating and repairs. Decor was tatty with wallpaper hanging off the walls and paintwork marked. Furniture mismatched and beds and bedding old and in need of replacement. One pillow per person and very flat. Spares had no pillow cases to be able to use. Mattress noticeably stained through the sheet.

apartment could be so much better certainly not luxury needs TLC. kitchen basic no simple things provided like a plastic jug, small cutting knive,proper eating knive.micrrowave dirty,oven trays same.piece of flooring sticking up which I caught my foot on dangerous did report didnt seem bothered .window in bedroom wide open on a freezing day couldn't close properly so room was cold and noisy,owner did come next day as I couldn't close it.unit in bathroom drawers filthy bath towels a joke hand towel at best and very thin .duvet didn't fit the bed too small.sofas uncomfortable cushions would be good.wallpaper in hall dirty pealing off.no instructions how to work things overall disappointing.

none with the property. the flat neighbours seems to smoke a lot. the corridor has a strong smell, but it doesn’t come into the property, so it was annoying only to get out and in

The Lascala was very well equipped, very clean, is well located for our purposes, and I would certainly recommend this apartment to friends and family.

The lift stopped working before we managed to get all our luggage to the apartment, and was still out of use at the time of our departure. This created difficulties for me; as I have mobility issues, but I fully understand that the operation and servicing of the lift is not solely the apartment owner's responsibility

The space was great! We absolutely love the apartment, which had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The location was great and the self check in instructions were easy to follow.

The stench of cigarettes on the corridor leading to the apartment was terrible but I imagine this is not something within the control of the landlord

Nice location and car park across the road cheap fees. Everything included including soap and shampoo. Washer and dryer and cooking facilities.

We had a super stay, everything we needed was at hand

Apartment was perfectly situated for travel by bus or rail, a little tricker with the car (a roof box isn't your best friend with multistory car parks) but so conveniently located!

Beds and sofas were uncomfortable for most of us and some weird smells outside the apartment and maybe in the bathroom too. Some fixtures and decor showing their age but not wholly inappropriate to pricing.

The location was fine, but the police fine us while we were waiting inside the car as there is not space to park while we were getting down the luggage

Absolutely everything! We only stayed one night but would have happily stayed a week. Apartment had everything we needed and was so much bigger than expected. Settee was cofy as we're beds... All electrics worked well and bathroom was huge! Called host for direction s as we arrived at dusk and he was very accommodating.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The location was fantastic - right in the city centre with access to the bus and train station, the shopping centre, the beautiful river ness and a variety of restaurants at our doorstep. The property was beautifully decorated, modern, spacious, comfortable and very clean. It had all the facilities we required. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience from booking to checking out.

Very noise from outside....

It is at the heart of city centre.

I don’t like the smell of the bathroom and it is a bit dirty.
