Great location, walking distance to everything and nice modern rooms.

Room was smaller than I thought and unfortunately the aircon in my room wasn’t working the entire stay so I had three uncomfortable nights. The staff tried to help but couldn’t do anything or change me to another room. This made my stay here a bit unpleasant

Very small breakfast area, bathroom very small, curtains did not block light very well and range at breakfast not great for price.

The location is perfect for being in Lisbon Centre close to all the sights a walk away from the just about everything if you like walking. Room is comfortable with a bedroom and comfortable sleeper couch, amazing hot shower and bathroom amenities you need, blow dryer and clean towels daily. Nice bedding and cleaning of room daily. Small kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle, cups, plates etc and a small fridge and microwave. Also have a nice small hand held steam iron and safe in the bedroom cupboard. Two tv’s with nice international channels one in bedroom and one for the space with the sleeper couch. Really nice layout for a small family or small group of friends. It was perfect for us as you spend most of the day outside sight seeing and just need a nice space to come back to to relax.

No much that we did not like and any issues we had was resolved by the staff who are very helpful. A special shout out to Nikolas for his assistance with room change as there was a smell in the room and hotel transfer to airport. He was very attentive and helpful as was all the other staff.
