The staff and owners were so welcoming and helpful. They catered for every need including special dietary requirements. The rooms exceeded my expectations. Facilities were clean, staff were friendly, and food was excellent. I travel a lot, the most memorable part of my journey is the hosting, this exceeded my expectations. I will definitely visit again.

Es gibt ein super Frühstück und das Restaurant ist hervorragend. Man sollte unbedingt das Tasting Menu probieren. Wer gerne Wein trinkt, auch mit Weinbegleitung. Tolles Ambiente und ein hervorragender, persönlicher Service.

In meinem Zimmer hätte ich mir ein paar zusätzliche Steckdosen gewünscht. Das Team vom Summerhill Guest Estate konnte mir jedoch helfen.

Summerhill was a great place to stay. It is very upmarket, but at the same time very friendly. It is beautifully appointed, and the bed and linen was in my room was superb. The staff were friendly and efficient. The location was also very good - not too far for me to travel to the office. The cuisine was also very upmarket, and very tasty.

I would have expected an establishment like Summerhill to have a generator for load-shdding, or at least some kind of eps to keep the wifi going during loadshedding. On my first morning, at breakfast, my omelette was brought to my table promptly, but then got cold while I waited for my toast.

The food
