We really enjoyed the room, the apartment was stunning, it felt 5 star, the views everything.

The cleanliness of the room For the rate (+-5K for the week) there was dust visible in the closet room, the bed was itchy, for the duration of the stay we did not sit on the couches in the lounge as they had visible stains. There was also visible dust on the floor in the lounge.

Mirage is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. Massive apartments with everything you need for a great holiday.

Great spacious room, clean, and cheery staff. Breakfast was also really nice. Lovely views and within walking distance to Coral Sea Marina for lovely restaurants.

Bad ohne Tür und von draußen einsehbar muss man mögen. Ein paar Handtücher mehr und ein Kosmetikspiegel wären schön gewesen. Umschaltknopf in der Dusche und mehrere Handtuchhaken waren defekt. Das Frühstück war ziemlich chaotisch, oft mit halbleerem Buffet und Badetüchern auf dem Boden, damit man nicht ausrutscht…

To be honest I am devastated my boyfriend kicked me out the first day I never got to enjoy the hotel and my holiday I hope I can come again. Room 79 Judd Grant would love to know who he stayed with and how long he stayed there for at my expense ?

The breakfast included was terrible

- Location and views absolutely stunning from the villa, including outdoor grass area watching the sunset - Spacious, quiet and comfortable accomodation (besides the couch) - Large TV - double garage meant packing the car was a breeze - decent facilities including gym + pool - Restaurant and bar very convenient - Friendly staff

- Property was tired, dirty and poorly maintained including blood stains on couch/curtains, hole in wall, broken toilet seat, dirty cutlery, dead insects all over carpet, broken telephone, very worn and uncomfortable couch. To be fair, management did address most of the concerns straight away, however we did expect better given we paid $7,000. - the constant request for more towels once house keeping was done. We expected a towel for our young daughter but was told we only get 2 as there are 2 adults. The downstairs bathroom was left with no towels at all, not even a hand towel, despite numerous requests. Reception provided towels once requested, however it was annoying and inconvenient. - given the items above, I don’t think the $7,000 we paid for 10 nights represented good value for money.

The apartment needed a deep clean eg the carpets, couches and grout in the kitchen and bathrooms needed to be professionally cleaned and the toilet seats needed replacing. I also regretted paying for an apartment with a pool because it wasn’t heated and far too cold. The pool was behind a wall and didn’t get any direct Sun. We didn’t end up using it, so I’m really disappointed that I spent the extra money for the pool.

We loved the spacious apartment and the view of the water.

Our balcony window / door was missing a dark curtain and this made it hard to get comfortable in the afternoon for a couple of hours as the hot sun was blaring into our room with no way of blocking it out. While we loved the apartment and were surprised it matched the price quite well however $2100 is a lot for only 4 nights.

I cant even begin to explain all the amazing things mirage had to offer. Our room was so beautiful and the view from the room could not be topped. The staff were always lovely and I was always welcomed with a smile.
