The interior design is very nice and the location is good if you are good at climbing stairs (what you have to be anyway if you vist this town).

There is a super obnoxious neighbor next door who is happy to produce some very loud hammering noise from inside against the walls at random times, morning, noon, evening, anytime. It's a mental issue. The host knows it (but wouldn't tell you) and the police knows it (it's ongoing for a long time according to other reviews which I failed to read in advance what won't happen again) but nobody is taking action. If you are not into some psycho warfare games during your holiday DON'T GO there!

The property was exactly like the pictures. place was modern and bright, really clean and a great size for our family. We had everything we needed in the apartment. the front reception was also very helpful.

As mentioned from other people, the air conditioning unit really isn’t strong enough to get the whole apartment cool. When we had 4 units running and it would be too much and then all of them would turn off. we had to reset the circuit a few times but it was WAY too warm to sleep up stairs. we ended up bringing down a mattress and sleeping on the main floor. we only used the lower levels AC units and turned off the upstairs ones. that was the only way to cool down the apartment. we also had a bad experience with the neighbour from below… my daughters (8 and 5) saw a guy outside and he told us not to feed the cats. When we were walking to go to our apartment we saw him (and he lives in the apartment below us) and went Another way to avoid him, I guess he saw us turn around and then started yelling at us and saying he “figured us out” and for us not to say we scolded us? It was just me and the girls. When we came inside we sat down and he started banging his ceiling really aggressively. we also heard him knocking on our door which really frightened the girls. my youngest was quite scared and didn’t want to go outside in case we ran into him again.

2 level apartment with all you need. Kitchen with all appliances you need, living room with comfy space for the whole crew including windows with a view over old town. Fast enough internet and a big table to work on. Upstairs, one big bedroom with a king and a small bed. One queen size bedroom with a beautiful view over old town. The bathroom is spacious enough with a beautiful shower underneath a roof window to enjoy the morning sun while taking a shower. To reach this beautiful apartment you need to walk a lot of stairs. But worth it:)

It was centrally located in old town and very convenient to visit all sites in Dubrovnik. The apartment was clean and kitchen was fully stocked with utensils.

The AC units are NOT equipped for the size of this apartment. The first day/night there was no AC and it was unbearable. Reported to the property management and they did nothing to help. In addition, there is a neighbor that lives below the apartment and he stocked us first thing in the morning stating that we can not make any noises at night...which we didn't. He was banging on the ceiling as we were in our beds trying to sleep! I told him what he heard was prob the washing machine as we did a load in the evening. This apartment is an attic so it's extremely hot. The AC keeps turning it self off the entire first day so we had to NO Air Condition. Our family of 4 had to sleep in the living the first night as the bedrooms upstairs were unbearable. The large bedroom upstairs ceiling is very low and uncomfortable, and I am only 5'4 and husband is 5'7. The only room is the whole apartment that was able to cool properly was the small bedroom. I would not recommend this apartment to friends or family. This property is managed by an agency so they are not very accommodating. We arrived at 1pm but they do NOT allow early check-in or would watch our luggage's for a few hours. We had to find a place to hang out and pulled our luggage with us until it's time for check in.

Everything - especially the kitchen facilities which were excellent!!

Only fault was that the fan didn't work so had to use air con more...

The location was fantastic but not for those who can’t do stairs. Right in the centre, great view of the old town. The air conditioning was a saviour! Modern furnishings and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. There were also supplies of kitchen towel, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets which were really appreciated so we could just get on with enjoying the town rather than shopping for supplies. Thanks!

The bigger bedroom has a very low ceiling. We landed up giving the bigger bedroom to the kids and we took the smaller double bedroom for ourselves as we could at least stand upright.
