Beautiful modern hotel, wonderful facilities including a gym, jacuzzi and indoor and outdoor pools. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was delicious and the breakfast was amazing.

The hotel was further away from the old town than we thought it would be, but that was my mistake. It actually worked out well and we had a beautiful view of the bay from our room.

Everything about our stay was what we enjoy in a hotel that we have taken time to review and feel satisfied that we have made the best choice for us. We loved the room, the views and the accessibility to Dubrovnik and all the facilities of the hotel.

Nothing.

The staff, especially the manager, were great. We did not get the room we expected, but they bent over backwards to put it right, and found us a lovely room overlooking the sea. They couldn’t have tried any harder to make our stay a great experience. Love the Cave bar and the sun lounging area near it on the waters edge.

Confusing layout - 2 sets of lifts and 2 buildings.

Very nice hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. We got a big room with a balcony. The breakfast is perfect. And the hotel resturants are excellent.

A wonderful hotel, with everything you could possibly need. Lovely room with a great sea view, breakfast was plentiful and again everything you could need. We ate in the restaurant and had the best Sea Bass ever!! The Cave was a bit slow on service, it was easier to go to the bar yourself, but I think this is due to so many nooks and crannies the staff do not know you are there, maybe a better system is needed? However, this in no way reflects on the staff as they were all lovely and very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Service in The Cave Bar could be better.

The hotel is two buildings, our room was in the newer building on the fifth floor, seaview with balcony, we were very happy with our room & the balcony was finished in glass which didn’t obstruct the view. Hotel is on the promenade, short walk to get a bus to the old town. Breakfast was excellent, the Cave Bar has a great atmosphere

Huge corner room with big terrace and amazingly comfy bed. Complimentary bottle of fizz with a personalised note for our wedding anniversary. Helpful staff, great location, delicious food and great breakfast. Cave bar great too with good access to the sea including private area for hotel guests.

Layout of hotel took a while to get used to but was OK once you mastered it!

Hotel More really has everything right on site - large spacious, comfortable bedrooms, two restaurants, bar. Leisure facilities - pools, gym. We enjoyed the cave bar - being able to sip a drink and go right into the water was fantastic.

excellent location, short taxi ride to the old town, but walking distance to the promenade with lots of restaurants and bars. Great views, 2 pools though not very big and not the warmest!

Broken door mirror on wardrobe, broken bin in bathroom, rooms comfortable and clean but need a bit of T.L.C.

We loved this hotel so much on our first stay that when we finished our trip to Montenegro we cancelled our hotel with a view of the old city and returned to Hotel More. See previous review for details.

We were in room 111. Great room but not a good location above the restaurants and beside a hotel entry door.

A bit of a maze.

Facilities were nice, location was beautiful. 2 lovely pools on site with sea views, and relaxing indoor & outdoor hot tubs. Great breakfast choices. The cave bar was nice, with outdoor seating and a sea swim area with easy access. I was very impressed to see a hoist in this area. Clean room with a fabulous sea view. Walking distance to restaurants and bars Short taxi to the old town.

We didn't find the majority of staff very engaging or helpful. We discovered most things ourselves as the week went by, things that could have been communicated to us on day one. We really felt there was a lack of communication/management around the hotel, which was disappointing considering the price we paid.

Lack of service round the pools and also the reception bar. Some staff were quite miserable especially at early morning breakfast. We had 2 early morning trips so we went for breakfast at 6.30. The waitress did not acknowledge us and carried out laying tables which resulted in a very rushed breakfast. One couple (only 3 couples in total) had to leave before there coffee was served. For the price we paid for 8 nights (£280.00 a night) we expected more from a 5* hotel.

Our room with balcony was next to five massive air conditioning units - sitting on the balcony was like sitting next to an aircraft engine! The lifts…they can’t be explained but you can’t get top to bottom without crossing buildings and using at least 2 lifts!!

perfect location by the sea. 15 minutes away from Dubrovnik center. a little gem with friendly staff. unique settings with their cave and their long chairs by the sea. you can chose where you feel best, between 3 pools and the guest area by the sea.

The hotel is massive, and the signs are not so easy to locate, and a bit confusing. Many guests, including my partner didn’t feel encouraged to walk alone, scared of getting lost. On our check out I explained to the reception that I would need 10 extra minutes because I would have an important video call (business). They rang me at 12:01 disrupting my important meeting saying that I needed to leave the bedroom, while it was agreed before that I could stay a few more minutes. Part of the local charm.
