The location.

The money grabbing. Asking a full day rate for arriving at 11am. Asking a half day rate for a "late checkout" that never took place (I was already in Europe 24 hours before their fictitious checkout). I feel cheated by this hotel.

Like the service of the staffs and the wide range of food during breakfast. Also walking distance to Taipei 101 and the subways.

Rooms are pretty small and were expecting a bath tub for the price we paid.

The location was perfect The staff from the front desk and outside in front of the entrance were very kind The staff were we toke the breakfast and once un the evening were rude , arogant and cold hearth ( our experience were under the limit

We booked with a building 101 view totaly 5 nights (3 days, then 1 day off and then 2 nights) First night no wiev then a limited view Last 2 nights is was a room with a view We ask for the 12 fevrier a reservation in the restaurant were they serve in the morning breakfast That day i costs 3 times the price (special day) We were there perfect in time We just took a seat . Then a lady (waitress) ask as to hurry up the restaurant closed in 15 minutes 10 minutes later the lady was coming again and asked us to sign the bill and asked us to to leave and to take a plat of dessert for to go When we leave they take us the plate away So never again Hyatt Regency

不滿意的地方，大概就是老飯店 服務設備 系統卻不跟進 人員當然會打招呼會笑 專業 只是辦理入住 退房都需要排隊。。。。退房更是排了30分鐘。感覺都差了。五星級但連辦理入住退房都速度那麼慢？？真的很不符合期待

Location, location, location. It's right across street from Taipei 101, which has shopping and restaurants galore. I was given a corner King size unit with seperate sitting area and Taipei 101 view. It's very spacious. The breakfast and dinners were both excellent. The most important thing is that due to its international clientele, it has an ATM connected with PLUS system so I could withdraw local currency with my US debit card. The staff was courtious. I left my debit card inside the ATM one day. They called the bank that owns the ATM and I got my card back by day-end.

They price was on the high side.

Comfort and location.

I couldn't get my suit pressed as I reached late night. Unlike many of the Asian five star hotels, there is no facility (even upon extra payment) to get clothes pressed late night/early morning .

The property is well-maintained. The location is very convenient. All the staff are nice and friendly. They are very helpful and very professional. The breakfast is also nice with a good variety of dishes. Will definitely book again with them when I return to Taiwan. My family and I are happy that with Grand Hyatt.

I liked everything but perhaps they could consider adding bidets in the toilets as part of their future improvements.

breakfast wasn't good. There is a mold behind the curtain. Considering what we pay, you can stay better place than here.

Great facilities in a great location. Many dining options and a sanctuary away from the weather conditions in July. Very easy to access the rapid transport system to visit all the many varied attractions in the area

Location was amazing- it has a ramp that connects directly to Taipei 101. Best breakfast buffet of all the hotels on our trip! Our room had a view of Taipei 101 which was unique. Staff can speak English well.

Room bed configuration for families is not ideal. Our family of four had to fit into two twin beds and a small sofa bed.
