Location is excellent, close to everything, rooms are small but bathroom is very functional, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good as it has both eastern and western food, overall, it’s very good and I would recommend this hotel .

Location location location! Super close to Taipei Main Station, walking distance to tons of historic sites, trendy Ximending and great local spots like Raohe night market. The staff were fantastic, the breakfast buffet is great, and the complimentary ramen and snack bar came in clutch for late night snacks!

Cleanliness needs to be addressed. The room was quite dirty - stains on the walls, bed skirt, and carpet. Cracks in the tiles in the bathroom. Dirt accumulated in the corners of the room. You can tell this was a very nice hotel… a few years ago.

Das Finders Hotel hat eine Top Lage zur Erkundung von Taipeh. Es liegt zwischen zwei Metro-Stationen (u.a. Ximen). Bei Ankunft sehr früh am Morgen wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und konnten uns dann in der Lobby von der Anreise erholen. Snacks, Nudelgerichte und Getränke stehen dort rund um die Uhr kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Alles ist sehr schön dekoriert und macht einen freundlichen Eindruck. Wir durften freundlicherweise etwas früher unser Zimmer beziehen, herzlichen Dank dafür nochmals!! Unser Zimmer Rainbow lag im 7. Stock, in der Ferne konnten wir den Präsidentenpalast sehen. Ein Ausblick auf die Stadt war sehr schön. Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Betten sind zwar etwas hart aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Die Zimmergrösse war für uns zwei mit großen Koffern ausreichend. Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Frühstück gibt’s im Frühstücksraum bei der Lobby, chinesisch ausgerichtet. Dies ist aber nachvollziehbar da mehrheitlich Asiaten Taiwan besuchen und jeder findet hier etwas, so auch wir! Auf die Aufzüge muss man hin und wieder länger warten, aber sie kommen :-). Rundum für unseren Aufenthalt in Taipeh das perfekte Hotel!!

Close to the main station. The staff was very friendly and they provide free drinks and snacks.

There was a playroom for children which was open all day and we’ll into the evening. My child said it was their favourite part of the holiday. There were snacks and the lounge area was spacious and comfortable. Hotel was very family friendly, great location, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Felt very at home there.

Our room’s decor was a bit dark and the lighting wasn’t sufficient. Bed was also quite hard.

The room charges were too high for this grade of hotel.

我們訂的雙人房是升級的房間，可惜第二天隔壁住了一家講國語的人很嘈吵，因為他們訂了連續兩間隔壁的酒店房，特別在早上及夜晚期間在走廊開着門給孩子跑來跑去，他們的母親也大聲說話，早上會給他們嘈醒。

懶得出門的話，早餐還不錯，可惜沒咖啡。

本來以為小點心會有多點選擇，因為小朋友舟車勞頓但是因為選擇不多，所以小朋友只能加減吃。另外，因為只說附近停車場，但是沒有配合的優惠，也沒有建議得比較優惠的停車場，停了過夜花了800，但是後來到附近逛發現有450，有些難過。

I think it's still a little more expensive than the hotels I usually book for solo trips, but this time I was travelling with a couple of friends so we splurged a little for comfort, and I'd say it was worth the price. There's a lot of things I liked - the beds were really firm and comfy, everything was clean, they offered a lot of complementary snacks, coffee, and sodas which was pretty nice. The breakfast buffet was very filling and in our three-day stay the dishes varied which is great. On our last night, we asked to book a taxi to the airport through them and it turned out slightly cheaper than Uber at the time. The staff communicated well and they even let us borrow a luggage scale when we were re-packing our stuff last minute. I also like that they had a laundry room, though we only stayed for three days so I didn't really need to use it. They had a playroom which is great if you're travelling with kids. Overall, great stay.

The shower/tub and toilet were separate in the Family Room, which is something I personally never get used to. The shower/toilet areas had lightly-frosted glass doors and were separated from the rest of the room only with a curtain, so it can be awkward if you're staying with not-super close friends instead of family, but we managed to pull it off.

Location was very central, loads of food around the hotel, as well as family marts. Walkable to metro station, including taipei main station, and Ximending. There're always free snacks and drinks in e lobby and comfy seating and tables. Staff are friendly and we could store our luggage after checking out on our last day as our flight was late at night.

The room was a little small for 2 people but it was our choice so can't complain. The bed was harder than we like and the pillows a bit too flat but they very nicely found us 2 extra pillows so it was fine after the first night. We left a spoon behind and quickly received an email about it and info regarding how it could be sent to us but since we'd already left the country, we didn't bother. But it was a nice touch.

Breakfast was good, with a lot of choices.

There was not much light inside the room during the day. There were neighbors who were especially noisy during the night.

Well located between taipei main station and ximen.

Walls were really thin, I could hear every single conversation in the hallway and each time a door closes. Room was old and dusty. Elevators at times took long to arrive.

The only thing i liked was the snack bar and honestly it ends there.

Room cleaning is only once every three days( not sure if they are understaffed or what) but their cleaners are all old aunties and had difficulty walking. They really should consider hiring more cleaners to lessen workers burden. I felt bad for them so i gave them a tip. Its not sound proof at all so u can hear the doors of other rooms opening and i was unlucky enough to be beside a couple and i could hear their intimate noises every morning. This hotel might be unsuitable for families. I requested for a room change but i had to check out at 12pm and i waited till 3pm to check in and wait even longer for another room.

I liked the mystical theme on the front desk floor, it was very cozy. The laundry room was very clean and convenient! And we definitely enjoyed the free snacks!

The price kind of high for a hotel. And the shower water was not balanced.

The team was super friendly. Especially Sherry (?) who stayed longer to help me to order food over uber eats, but also small gestures like the helpful room attendant when the keys did not work. He called straight away the reception team and offered my some water while I was waiting. All team members are very polite, and got a 5 star luxury service attitude. I work myself for a luxury hotel brand in Europe and the service at Flinders is what all hotels should be aiming for.

The location is the best, close to three MRT stations, including the airport railroad. The hotel is within walking distance from all the main attractions in the Taipei City center. The personal was great and helpful, the 24h snacks were great for the trip. The best part, they found out my birthday was happening during my stay there and they provide me with a small gift and free breakfast.
