The breakfast was good with their two hot options, one was always eggs while the second would switch to either hotdogs or pancakes. Yogurt, bread, coffee, tea, cereal, fruit and two juice options. Great location just 2 blocks from city center, short taxi ride to Chan Chan.

When I arrived to my room, I called the front desk unaware of how to turn on the ac, and the young lady immediately apologized and said the ac was not working and apologized for the inconvenience. Based on the angel of the room, the window didn’t face a street to allow air to enter. I went downstairs and asked to be switched rooms, she sent a young man to my room to help with bags. When he arrived I explained that the reason for moving was due to the ac not working. He asked for the control, which there was none in the room. He apologized for the new worker that was unaware of how the ac worked. Once he brought up a remote it worked fine.

The location was good, near Plaza Mayor. The personnel was friendly. There were many storage spaces, which is fantastic.

Booked it for the pool. But the pool was just a bigger tub on the sundeck, not clean, not maintained. Not worth dipping a toe. So for Trujillo and with no functioning pool worth its name, not worth the extra money.

Great staff! Really helpful and willing to accommodate the guests. I had to ask for a change of rooms after the first nice and my wish was granted without a qualm. Very nice selection at breakfast buffet. Enjoyable terrace.

The room I slept in the first night was very loud. There is a disco nearby.

El cuarto estaba muy ordenado y limpio. Al inicio tuvimos problemas con el jacuzzi, pero al comentarlo en recepción se tomaron el tiempo de arreglarlo. Fueron muy atentos durante toda nuestra estadía. ¡Recomendado!

El último día fallaba el WiFi, pero creo que era más un problema de la red y no del hotel.

great central location. Easy to find and the front desk staff were kind. The room was spacious and clean and the shower was great.

I would have extended for a second night, except for the noisy bar/restaurant next door.

Strategic location.

Due to a strong demand for accommodation, the staff was not able to clean the room one day.

The hotel is very close to the city main square. The personnel was very helpful and kind. There is an underground parking very safe for motorbikes as the gate opens only when a vehicle goes in or out. The wifi was fast. The room was large and clean. The check-in time starts at 13:00. I was there at 14:30 but my room was not ready. As I was sweating dressed in motorcycle clothes the lady at the reception was very kind to offer me cold fresh juice while my room was being prepared.

The hotel is located on a main street and as my room was on the 1st floor there was a lot of noise. The breakfast is served only until 9:30. I was going everyday at 09:00 but the items finished were not replaced. Fresh fruit was included but I never had the chance to try. No cereals, and 5-6 kinds of infusion.

Staff very helpfull and friendly. Room size and good bed quality.

Poor wifi signal in our room. Swimmingpool is on the roof and the jacuzzi is quite noisy, but not working at night
