The staff were friendly.
The room was a suite, but the furnishings were sparse. They had a spa bath next to the bed, it wasn’t practicable as it took too long to fill up. The other option was a shower, however, you were always at risk of having water overspray onto your bed.

Everything was great, hot shower, good wifi, location near street food and market on the other side of the street. Helpful stuff.
Perfect spot for those who need to work, we extended our time to 1 week.
Only thing we find to improve is to give some breakfast options other than eggs, in most hotels there are pancakes or veggies so you can make sandwiches.

The team was nice and helpful.
It was very loud in the hotel. The walls are very thin and the windows faced in the direction of the garage. And the cars were really loud especially in the early mornings (starting noise at 5am).

- perfect for an overnight stay with kids travelling down to Lima.
- rooms clean and had everything we needed
- staff friendly and helpful
- rooms a little noisy if you are a light sleeper but we slept well as we were exhausted!
- was in a very busy market area of down so felt a little unsafe arriving but with secure drive in parking area was happy and would return again

Excellent service. Helpful and knowledgeable staff providing references for touristic places. The facility also has a garage, which is great for those tourists who love to drive (garage is not huge so call before to check availability). On this trip, our car got stuck in mud and we came back to the hotel with our shoes and car full of mud. The hotel staff allowed us to clean up using a sink that is right at the end of the garage. I tried tipping the receptionist but she politely declined my tip. I am very pleased with everything overall. Internet was good as well.

The hotel is near the main shopping areas, restaurants of all ranges and the town centre. The rooms are basic but with enough facilities such as warm water, a TV, a wardrobe with hangers, a telephone to call reception, a desk with and an extra lamp and a chair, enough facilities for your comfort in my opinion. The room was worth the price. Members of staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast (Continental BUT they give you a bit of a choice too) I recommend this hotel. 👌
