The room was without air conditioning and no fan. Though it was cool at night.

The location is great; in the CBD, breakfast was alright. Bathroom was clean and towels changed very day. Staff were friendly and professional.

There is a lot of noise around due to passing vehicles. My room was beside a road. The room (Room 213) was very small. WIFI was abysmal and intermittent! The shower telephone was old and couldn't be held in one place.

I had the pleasure of staying at Gloria Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The team running the hotel was absolutely phenomenal, and their dedication truly amazed me. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. The service provided was impeccable, leaving no room for complaints. Throughout my refreshing 8-day stay, I felt completely taken care of. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was conveniently situated close to all the amenities I needed. It was a great spot for someone like me who enjoys starting the day with a morning run or jog. Being able to step out and explore the surroundings easily added to the overall appeal of the hotel. I cannot emphasise enough how impressed I was with Gloria Hotel. Without a doubt, I will choose to stay here again in the future. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff for their exceptional service and genuine hospitality. They truly are an invaluable asset to this establishment.

Rooms were ok, water was hot, view was good. In the restaurant, they didn‘t have most dishes. Then we were expected to talk to the chef and debate what he would like to cool. But he didn't like anything, we wanted. At breakfast we were offered coffee, but it didn't arrive for like 30 minutes. After asking they told us they already send someone to buy new coffee beans, but it might take some time.

The staff are all amazing, friendly and always ready to help. They go the extra mile to make the guests stay comfortable. The food is always to look forward to and the rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped. I recommend Gloria Hotel and would go back anytime am in Rwanda.

A great downtown location in Kigali central buisness area. Close to the pedestrian street with banks, tourist shops and cafes. Getting around was easy by local motorbike and very affordable at approx RWF 1000. The hotel does not have an elevator but staff will help with luggage. The restaurant / bar on the second floor is open air and overlooks the city. The food and drinks are well priced. Rooms are large and mine (4th floor) had an external balcony. Mini bar fridge / air con / tea making facilities in the room. The wifi was fast. Taxi from airport US$20

Hot water in the bathroom was a bit slow to warm up.

The hotel is clean the staffs are friendly and professional in attending to guest. The location is great with proximity to market Pharmacy, banks and forex bureau. The hotel need to make gym and swimming pool available.
