В туалете на потолке была огромная паутина. В 8 утра горничная пела на весь отель прямо около нашей комнаты, от чего мы проснулись. В следующий день в 8 утра нам позвонили с рецепции и начали предлагать туры. При этом за 3 дня что мы там были ни разу не видели никого на рецепции

Location

The room was big and spacious with a lot of space to store i.e. clothes. Check-in went smoothly and the staff was friendly. The bathroom was fine and the balcony was a nice touch. We could reach everything by foot and the airport was just 10 mins away.

Unfortunately, there were many little ants in our room and got into our luggage and everywhere. It didn't bother us that much but still, it was a bit annoying. The common room/restaurant area at the top of the building was closed.

So quiet and near places like restos, bars and cathedral. Also that free-flow of drinking water is a plus and the bayview from the terrace.

The water from the faucet/shower has a rusty smell and yellowish color. Probably the water tank needs cleaning.

Absolutely a GEM accommodation! Reception is always available as it’s a family business, staff are very friendly, helpful, accommodating! This location is perfect for what I’m looking for as looking for a place nearest to Plaza Cuartel with greenaries and Main Street, which is just 2-3mims walk. Baywalk Park and old market is just 10 mins walk, SM City mall is about 15 to 20 mins walk. The room is spacious, AC, hot shower and an amazing Seaview! Highly recommended!
