Good location, beautiful apartment.

The entrance to the building - alley, stairs (unsafe, unattractive, uncomfortable). One flight up to access the elevator. Once you reach floor (5th.), another 5-6 steps to access apartment. Building old, in need of maintenance. The welcoming process was a bit disorganized.

was hygienic, tidy, felt very comfortable, lovely and easy going staff, in the heart of Roma so it was close to everything, great air conditioning, near transport,

you had to pay for extra clean towels, was difficult to find the stay because there wasn’t any signs or arrows to direct,

Don’t look any further.. super excellent!! love it!! A very clean and quiet area but everything is super close and the taxis are less than a block away. Staff was friendly and treated us great. Staff also is great at responding fast and helped us a ton. Would definitely recommend!!

Checking in was easy. The hostess was friendly.

The actual place did not feel safe or present as nice as the online pictures. It was an adequate place to stay for one night, but it was not up to our standards overall. The sofa was completely full of stains and the rest of the place just felt uncomfortable in that the furniture seemed like outdoor furniture and based on the filth of the sofa, we didn't feel comfortable with the cleanliness of the rest of the apartment. Had we been booked for more than one night, we would have left and not stayed here.

Highly recommended! Location within the city is perfect, the appartment was clean, nice and well equipped. Most of all, the lady at the reception was exceptionally professional and supportive. Communication via WhatsApp worked great.

I really super super appreciated the service and helps from the stuff. They're super approachable that always responded to our requests rapidly and offer assistance~ Also the location was superb that right back to the bus stops and short walking distance to all the landmarks~ We enjoyed our stay here~ Highly recommended~

Very well presented. Very clean. Very good quality glassware, plates etc. Lovely view from bedroom over Piazza S Silvestro. We enjoyed having the terrace to sit out. SUPERB communications and help from our host. Excellent location.

There’s nothing to dislike.

Excellent location, walking distance to all attractions. Hotel can arrange airport pick up which is great bonus.

hot water can run out very quick if 4 people take shower.

The location was great , walking distance to all the main attractions , shopping streets, restaurants, supermarkets. Bus stop. The host was very nice , We arrived late at night the instruction were great, we picked the keys from the box , it was easy to find the key box and the apartment .

Sofa bed was not comfortable at all .

Amazing location, fantastic and friendly staff. Great communication, comfortable and stylish accommodation. The terrace was such a nice feature and was used liberally. Was very clean and water and extra linen was provided without fuss.

As a family travelling with a toddler (and a pram) it was a little tiring going up and down stairs, and the lift was a little small

The location is in center location, near transportation, shops and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and with a nice decoration.

a washing machine would be a great addition. also, a broom would have been useful as travelling with a toddler can get very messy and the apartment got dusty very quickly.

I met someone at the office onsite and was able to store luggage until our rooms were ready.

The location is amazing - right in the center of the tourist section of Rome. It does come with a bit of noise but nothing terrible,

Room needs some restyling which is going to happen but the roof is great and the room facilities very good as well
