Erg gastvrij ontvangen. Ook zijn de kamer waarin wij verbleven super mooi ingericht.

Muziek in het café in de straat was te horen… maar dat kun je in het centrum van een grote stad verwachten. Dit op de koop toe…

Ruimtelijke gezellige kamer, goede verduistering, schoon, fijne bedden. Heerlijke douche. Alles was schoon. Lekker ontbijt en het werd nog last minute een beetje aangepast omdat ik vroeg of er ook lactosevrije boter was.

Heel goed bed! Propere kamer. Ontbijt: verrassend. Het ontbijt stond klaar op de overloop en moest op de kamer genomen worden. Persoonlijk vinden wij een ontbijtbuffet in een aparte ruimte het hoogtepunt van een overnachting. Heel vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Wij vonden het meer een B&B dan een hotel. Steile trap.

New hotel but in the historical building, amazing location, super friendly and welcoming host. Everything was great!

Owner was very friendly and helpful. Room was great as it has air con and a nice balcony. Location was close to some great restaurants and bars. Would recommend the Turkish restaurant around the corner. Breakfast was sufficient. Room was clean and comfortable.

Boutique hotel with large comfortable modern rooms, excellent breakfast, wonderful location.

Keep in mind there is no elevator, and the stairs are rather steep. Street facing rooms might be a little noisy, but nothing that disturbed my sleep in any way.

The breakfast, the size of the room, the woman owner was really friendly.

The first room they put me in was different than the one in the photos and almost half the size. It's strange to me that the rooms cost the same. The street outside was really noisy until really late in the night. The windows have sound insulting blinds but the owner forgot to tell me.

Bit strange to eat your breakfast in your own room. Room was exceptionally clean except it smelt like smoke. Macabre frames on the wall with real butterflies and eerie black and white photos.

the room we stayed in felt more akin to a 5 star hotel room

everything is very well-thought here. The room was very well lit, immaculately clean, the breakfast was fresh with a great variety, location very near the city centre and the people who run this are very organised and polite. they were even bringing us free afternoon snacks! in my opinion, they are an example on how to run such a business.

To get to the rooms there are 2 very steep and narrow staircases which means it is not accessible for all people.

We had a wonderful stay with Jos and Stefan. The room was great, the bedding very comfortable, the welcome perfect and the continental breakfast gargantuan... everything was really perfect.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. Always smiling and happy to see the guests. The breakfast was served in the room. Because of my long stay, I could arrange variety. I was not too comfortable with opening the little butter / jam packages all the time, and then make so much waste, but that is how it was arranged. In terms of tastiness, I could make what I liked. I especially enjoyed that the owners fulfilled my request of having more milk than usual. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was nice, and other furniture was also useful. I liked that there was a coffee machine at the room. In terms of room organization, I could have used a larger wardrobe, but it was not much of a problem. Also, the TV being on the side wall of the room was a little bit uncomfortable, but not that bad. The bathroom was also spacious and very comfortable to use. Location was great. The hotel is situated in the very centre of the town, which is nice. All the necessary shops and other possible locations you would need to go to, including the train station, are in walking distance. I especially appreciated a very nice gesture every other day or so in form of a tasty dessert - either a typical dutch pastry with apple filling or other types of cake.

There was not much I didn't like other than I had to create a lot of waste during my stay.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was great, just that the stairs were a bit small.
