Nicht genuegend Haken im Badezimmer fuer Handtücher und Kleidung. Die Badezimmertür klemmte sehr. Wir fürchteten nicht ohne Hilfen wieder heraus zu kommen.

Kamer was erg klein, WiFi werkte niet, er waren geen kasten Badkamer was erg klein Kamer was heel erg duur in verhouding tot het gebodene Kamer was heel erg gehorig Mijn kamer was helemaal achterin en het dichtst bij het station dat veel lawaai veroorzaakte Als alleenreizende krijg je de slechtste kamer voor de hoogste prijs Zelfs voor 1 persoon met weinig bagage was de kamer heel erg klein Met harde wind kon het raam niet open gedaan worden omdat dat een enorm hard gefluit veroorzaakte waardoor tv kijken of slapen met open raam niet mogelijk was

It was the worst room I have ever seen in my life, it was probably 7-8 square meters including the WC, room it was cold, the train was passing through the room, it was impossible to sleep. Mercure hotel quality this should not be!!!! As a result of this stay, I left the Mercure Hotel unhappy. I will never use this chain hotel again in any country, in any city.
