Friendly staff and perfect location

it is a minor thing but the shared kitchen closed at 11 PM

There was space and it was quite calm in the facilities. No queues for the showers.

It was very dirty and smelled bad. I didn't have a locker. No private space so I couldn't get ready as I would have wanted.

I liked the position, very in the centre, good to go everywhere . I liked the vibes of the female room, clean toilets and showers! Nice common area.

I did not like that I could not enter with my shoes anywhere in the hostel, it was so uncomfortable to remove shoes every time I entered, even if I forgot something in the hostel, I need to remove and but flip-flops and again. The staff I met was not the best, I did not meet all of them so I can say it on my experience, the girl at the reception was so rude and not patient, she reply to me in a very rude way 2/3 times. I really thought “it’s not the right job for her at all”.

Excellent location in the middle of old town / city center. Has everything nearby. The room and bed were good and comfortable and the overall cleanliness was good.

My main complaint is the shower in my room. It took some minutes to get hot water and the roller door was broken so the floor got wet easily. Not sure if this applies to other rooms though. Also laundry only available for people staying one week or more was kind of a letdown.

There was a fire alarm 2 nights in a row ( one night at 3 am and second at 1 am). One guy explained me that someone smoked in wrong place. It was annoying to hear these signals, especially, when you want to sleep😅

Really central location, Never felt unsafe. Helpful staff and people in the hostel with nice common area and kitchen to cook your meals. I especially loved the quite little areas all around the hostel you could use for private phone calls or reading.

The noise from the street and the clubs can be uncomfortable for some people. I didn't mind. Taking off the shoes before entering any room was a little bit strange but also an interesting experience.

The central location in the city.

There is a living room with kitchen but it is very small. The rooms are large but turn out to be small considering the number of beds. They do not use a sheet over the mattress cover, I had to ask for one to get one. All in all, I cannot say it is dirty but neither can I say it is clean, the couches are filthy, they clean the bathrooms every day. Positive note also is the quietness. I recommend it for budget travel and for centrality in the city.

The location was perfect, friendly staff and everything was clean! even though I lost my keys they remained friendly and helped me out easily :) they have a kitchen to prepare meals with everything you need, also free coffee. the contact with the other guests was super relaxed :)

I honestly do not have a big negative point. maybe the pillows, because they were almost not existing 😀 but that’s just a small thing and corresponds to every bodies taste I guess

Hostel is in great location, staff is friendly and price-value ratio is good as well. Just a few simple precautions can be done to make the hostel much better

Light polution (better courtains needed), beds (I felt springs between my ribs), noise (especialy from lift shaft), also the place is very cold in December

I still just love this hostel. For no reason. 🙂

The only problem was - the water was not properly hot. At times - just cold. But it is very refreshing.🙂
