The staff was welcoming, helpful, and courteous. The location was great for the téléphérique and restaurants. Comfortable beds, great shower, clean modern room.
The room was tiny with nowhere to place luggage. No access to food other than breakfast during summer months.

The room was a large one and the facilities within were great. The location couldn't have been any more central and for the price it was excellent value for money considering where I was.
No usb plugs with the sockets, a small thing but everything these days I powered from usb so would expect to see them at least at the bedside or writing table for charging.

Everything was great and very complete breakfast. The administration was very friendly.
The hotel is several blocks downhill from the medran gondola. Going up one can catch a free bus at the ermitage hotel parking lot about a block away. Coming down is not easy. One may think of going down hill with the ski boots but the walk is very painful and the sidewalks are extremely slippery. I think the hotel needs a shuttle to pickup skiers, even if charged for it will be 100% worth it considering there is no taxi stop at Medran and the departing buses appear to go in a different street direction.

Central location right on Main Street in town, easy to access lifts and buses. Nice spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable and nice views down across valley. Handy ski locker room on ground floor and decent breakfast included.
