Excellent customer services, great breakfast, comfortable bed, right in the heart of the town hence convenient for the ski lifts, groceries shopping, bars and night life.

Amazing and brilliant staff, very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good, hotel is located a short walk from the main lift. Rooms are very clean and well looked after on a daily basis.

Location is very central but has its drawbacks - some rooms look over the main square with a night club so it's often quite noisy into early morning hours. Facilities are fairly basic: rather limited storage for equipment and unfortuntely no heaters for skiing boots we could find, no tea /coffee facilities in the rooms.

La Rotonde is a very good hotel but what stands it out is the staff, who were amazingly helpful and cheerful throughout

Super location. Extremely comfortable bed. Well kitted out room. Casual breakfast. Very quick and friendly room clean each day. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Bowl of naughty sweets on the reception!

A bit noisy from outside at night but that's probably everywhere and it's obviously a party/resort town, so not a big deal.

Central location, clean. Breakfast included all the normal selections; bread, cereal, good coffee machine, hot breakfast limited to bacon and scrambled eggs.

Nothing about this hotel to like, except for if you want to spent a few CHF less than other places down the road.

The staff are rude, unkind and unaccommodating. The rooms are dirty and poorly kept. I was served dirty dishes at breakfast multiple days! Bed was broken. Very uncomfortable place - you get what you pay for. There are many cleaner, more comfortable places to stay in Verbier.

The staff were excellent!!! The location was perfect!!! The breakfast room was lovely with large windows overlooking the beautiful mountains. I enjoyed having my balcony with awesome views!!! The shower had good water pressure and I always had hot water....perfect.

Once I entered the hotel I was greeted with a flight of stairs and would prefer no stairs as I am a senior and would prefer not to climb the stairs with my suitcase. I was staying in the single room and perhaps on my next visit I will book a larger room. I found the bed comfortable but it was beside the wall and I was not used to such a small bed and having the wall on one side. The room was very clean and tidy.

Great location, good breakfast, spacious rooms. We really enjoyed the short stay and would definitely come back here.

The room was really outdated. The furniture all scratched and old. No noise insulation at all. Felt like the people in the corridor where in our room. The breakfast was very disappointing, eggs and bacon disgusting. You pay quite a lot of money for the room and get no value in return.
