The owner is amazing nice person. Everything is cleaned and works. If you want to visit Algarve and just need a place to sleep, this is a nice one with price/quality ratio.
There is a nice a nice place for breakfast 5min walking!
Something I want to call out, we booked Friday - Sunday but we were not able to arrive on Friday as a result of a car crash. The owner was very nice and supportive, he even asked if everything was ok when we arrived. They even allowed us to leave later on Sunday. Thank you!

The cleanliness and tidyness in the room and the check in/check out process was very easy.

No breakfast included. Location is great, just note that it is on the N125 not close, right next to it. More suitable for backpackers or youngsters.

Residencial Espadinha exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and caring, the room was very clean and comfortable. And the fact that they had a free coffee machine and a microwave in a shared room and a mini fridge in the bedrooms was very useful. I loved my stay at this guest house.

Was a little surprise, mini fridge frizer and air-conditioned inside the room, very clean, the staff friendly. I enjoyed so I recommend 100%.
Someone outside smoke cannabis and I left the windows opened the smell was way to strong and wake us up, with kids is not nice at all.

The staff was so nice. Their English isn't the best, but they tried and we understood each other. We could borrow whatever we wanted and got all the help we needed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. Having a little terrace where to chill in the evening was great; however, the building is off a main road and it can be a little noisy in the early morning.

An excellent pastelaria within 5 mins. Not on google yet - in front of Bikeland. Bikeland also provided excellent services (bike rental).
No public transportation nearby. Quite hard to ride the bicycle in this heat / quite expensive to use Uber for a 10 minute ride to reach the beach/Airport/Faro.

Everything was good, nice hot shower, friendly staff.
Could have done with thicker bedding for the time of year.

Nice host. They did some good COVID hygiene adaptations. Room is a little small, but very clean and it has everything you need. Hotel is right at a busy street, but the rooms to the back are pretty quiet. Only a barking dog was a little annoying in the early mornings.

Very noisy because of the frequent road in front of the building..don’t like the room at all, quite small bed for two people..
