The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is in the heart of Riga and the fact that the hotel has also a Spa was even better.

The water in the shower was a bit too cold due to a problem in the pipes. But was just a minor issue.

Friendly and helpful staff. I arrived very early around 11.30. My room was ready so I was allowed to check in already! It was really comfortable to settle and refresh after my trip, before going into town, and not to have to go back and forth to check in later around 15.00. Location is perfect, everything is clean, bed and bathroom are comfortable, breakfast is really good with a lot of options, also fresh and healthy ones. Staff works hard there.

It was very comfortable. Some minor improvements possible. There was a constant sound in the room (301), like a loud ventilation system, but I couldn't switch anything off. It started to annoy me, especially when I tried to sleep, but also when just trying to relax or read a book. I used earplugs and a podcast. I was scared to ask for another room, because I read about partying noises (which in room 301 there wasn't). Also, the minibar was empty, which was fine for me, and probably because I checked in very early, but some people may miss it. And in my case, I was worried that staff would think I took everything from the minibar. Finally, at breakfast my plates, cups and forks were instantly cleaned out when I stood up to get another coffee or something, and then the table sometimes got taken by others (it was busy). So when travelling alone that means that you can't go for another round without the possibility of losing your seat. I had no jacket or bag with me to make it look occupied. So maybe wait a little while or pay attention if someone is leaving or not.

Great location, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, something for everyone at breakfast time. The spa was OK, but felt slightly over crowded. Treatments were good and the staff were lovely. Would highly recommend the hotel overall.

Das Frühstück war interessant und sehr umfangreich. Am Abreisetag bekamen wir ein Lunch Paket.

Der Spa Bereich war extra zu zahlen und dann hatte das Wasser nur 29 Grad. Geputzt wird nur bei Aufforderung.

Znakomita lokalizacja w centrum starówki, bardzo łatwy dojazd z lotniska za jedyne 1.5€. Bardzo wygodny pokój, miał wszystko czego potrzeba. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu przed zameldowaniem oraz po wymeldowaniu. Bardzo dobre śniadania, duży wybór zarówno na słono i słodko - każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. No i trzeba też wspomnieć o sprzątaniu, mimo że był to krótki pobyt sprzątanie było prawie codziennie - wymiana ręczników i pościeli.

Wybierając hotel kierowałam się również dostępnością restauracji w nim. Niestety tutaj duży minus, mimo iż na stronie samej restauracji informacja otwarte wtorek-sobota w godzinach 14-22, w środę przed 21 zamówienie room service było nie możliwe, w czwartek restauracja była w ogóle zamknięta, przez co trzeba było zamawiać lub szukać jedzenia na własną rękę. Drugi duży minus to osoby "z zewnątrz", nie goście hotelowi w strefie spa - przez co było bardzo tłoczno i nie dało się korzystać w pełni swobodnie z basenu czy jacuzzi.

En oikeastaan koskaan anna negatiivista palautetta, mutta nyt pitää. Aroma-hieronta oli luokaton. Lopuksi vielä yritystä päänhieronnasta, itse intilainen päänhieronnasta kurssin käyneenä, niin tämä oli huono. Tässä tuntui kun olisi tehty aseeton ryöstö 🤭

Had issues with spa time reservation (reservation was made by them and after our arrival it was stated, that they close in 20 mins. So we visited the spa the next morning for 30 minutes only because the water was almost freezing cold, saunas were also chilly, other guests reacted the same way. Bathroom needs more deep cleaning in the corners.

The location suited my needs amazingly. The hotel was clean and the staff were lovely.

The tea tray was lacking variety - biscuits, black coffee. No access to streaming services such as Netflix or Youtube on the TVs

Good selection of foods for breakfast, we loved that you can serve it util 11:30 on weekends, great location- within walking distance to good restaurants and right next to the bus station from/to the airport.

The location is perfect in the means of historical city centre. Very friendly stuff, tasty food at the restaurant and full and delicious breakfast. Nice spa facilities.

Так получилось, что не очень внимательно прочитали информацию при бронировании и были уверены, что спа входит в услуги. т.к. по цене должно было войти. Плюс начитались информации на сайте отеля с шикарными предложениями (+ужин и спа). Ну , у нас ещё скидка 10% ģēnijs, решили оставить этот номер не менять. При оформлении номера узнали, что спа в этот номер за 98 евро не входит! Предварительная переписка, сразу скажу, очень формальная! Они просто сбрасывают набор заготовленных текстов с общими фразами. Ну, ок, сами виноваты, доплатили за спа. Просили поменять номер с доплатой...но чтобы спа входил....кстати, спа заранее забронировали на определённое время! Но мы получили отказ! Что мы были разочарованы, ничего не сказать! Самое главное, администраторы совершенно некомпетентны, даже не пытались как-то разрулить ситуацию, сказали, что у них такие правила и вежливо с натянутой улыбкой рекомендовали написать отзыв, что мы и делаем! Кстати! В мансардном номере за 98 евро нет халатов и тапочек! Как я понимаю, фишка номера только в шикарном виде!

Ωραίο βολικό κεντρικό ξενοδοχείο μπροστά σε όλα τα μέσα.. σταθμό τρένου κεντρικός σταθμός λεωφορείου τραμ λεωφορεία και αυτό για το αεροδρόμιο...... άψογα. Δωμάτια ικανοποιητικά. Στην παλιά πόλη και κοντά σε όλα. Καθαρό ξενοδοχείο και οι υπάλληλοι όλοι χαμογελαστοί και πρόθυμοι.

Δεν είχε στο δωμάτιο παντόφλες αλλά αν ζητήσεις σου δίνουν.

Personal vastuvõtus. Pikk järjekord ja ainult üks töötaja. Meil oli ennem juba chekin tehtud, kuid pidin ikka 9 kuulise beebiga järjekorras seiama. Parkla oli täis ja pidime ise 1.5h endale parkimiskoha otsima. Külmkapp toas väike ja sedagi pannakse alkojookidega täis. Selle eest võetakse depisiiti. Võiks kuidagi klientidega ennem kokku leppida, kas me vajame neid jooke. Oli vaja kuskil lapsetoitu hoida, mitte nende õlut.

We had three rooms booked and they turned out to be on seperate floors. Kids play room was very cold and had wind blowing continuesly. Our room window seemed to be getting old or just built that way- room was cold, even with window closed you could hear and feel the wind. Reception lady crossed the line of being “friendly” with my husband. She also neglected the fact that I spoke English and tried to speak in russian several times. We payed for package that included SPA usage and we were unable to use or even see the SPA during our whole stay. This feels like stealing in the broad daylight. Hotel advertising a SPA and selling it while they already know that they are fully booked for it.

The location was excellent, all local attractions were within a short walking distance and there was a public transport system if required. The room was modern and clean with great facilities.

The SPA was beautiful and has the potential to be a great place to relax however, when we went there were too many people which meant that the facilities could not be used and we were waiting around for there to be space. I was told that they limit the number of people and have a booking system to allocate guests a slot to visit however, I do not think this was being used effectively.
