The apartment was very clean and well located. the host is very gentil and easy to communicate with! highly recommended.

It was really wonderful in these appartements! We booked two appartements for our family - one with a marvellous roof terrace! We hope, we can book the appartments once more, when we come for a next stay in Assisi! Many greetings to the helpful and nice owner!

The location was possibly the best in Assisi. Just a few steps from the Temple of Minerva, mid-way between St Francis s and St Clare’s basilicas. We were in the flat with the Terrace. Loved sitting on the terrace as night came listening to the guitar music from the square below. Great views.

For the price it exceeded our expectations. Our apartment ( the one with the terrace which is on the top floor) had lots of different levels ( ie steps) within the apartment so watch out if getting up in the night and walking about in the dark.

- The view - The location - The apartment had all the things we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped! - The hostess was really professional and quick to respond to our few requests and questions.

- The sloped walls were a bit annoying when you are a high person - Couldn’t take a shower standing 😊

Host was a extremely accommodating and responsed to question immediately. Many thanks! Can’t wait to return !

The location is brilliant. Literally in the town centre and moments from Matteotti car park. Very large apartment very well maintained and presented. Instructions for entry to apartment at first seemed a bit tricky but actually was very simple because Lorrella sends you very clear and concise information. We were lucky to be able to park for a few minutes at the bottom of the steps leading to the apartment at the Piazza del Comune to drop the cases of. On leaving we didn’t bother as it’s so close to car park. All in all we had a great stay here and would certainly book again if we returned to Assisi.

There really is nothing to dislike. It was great vale for money in a first class location and operated by a very caring lady

Wonderful terrace and a perfect location in the middle of Assisi.

The appartement could perhaps use a small update here and there as some things are a bit old. However, the appartement is exactly how we expected it to be based on the pictures. So no big deal.

Room was overlooking the piazza with wonderful view. Location is on a stairway street with no auto traffic. Spacious and well furnished. An adequate kitchen to prepare a simple meal or two. Host Lorella was friendly and responsive.

Property listing shows a rooftop terrace with patio furniture. This was THE reason I booked this flat and was disappointed to arrive and find that was a photo from a different apartment in the building. :( The place had a few minor issues: the electronic door lock was malfunctioning so it took several tries to enter, the electric igniters on the gas stove were not working so we had to find a lighter (not provided), the shower has only a partial partition to block the water and was leaking on the floor.

Everything perfect.

Super central position, perfectly equipped flat, even for a long stay, great communication with the host.. The prestations met all our expectations and even more. Don’t hesitate a single second !
