Брал отдельный номер на 3 ночи. Было тепло, тихо, чисто, уютно. Цена замечательная. И администратор была максимально вежливой.

Приехали в хостель ночью, администратор с трудом нашел номер, в который нас надо заселять. В номере сильно пахло котиками( было грязно и холодно. При том, что администратор сказал, наш номер занят и он нас заселили в более дорогой. Страшно представить что было в том, что подешевле )))

IDK, room has kitchen but seems not clean

Almost there is no stuff and language barrier, they are didn't check in almost.

I loved my room! It was funky and comfy. July in Almaty can be hot but I had a fan and I had to make use of it. But privacy and comfort were great in the double room I got. I didn't even had to use the kitchen as I had a microwave and a fridge (and some crockery and cutlery). Staff were nice and accommodating. I could pay only in cash or Kaspian QR (or something like this, it's all over the country) but they were lenient with the days. Nice atmosphere overall. It's not in the center itself but it's close to shops, bars and restaurants and a walking distance to everything (if you like to walk!!)

The taxi driver had to call to find the place when we arrived as it was not easy to locate at first, but once he called, he was explained where to go.

The apartment is spacious with a living room and kitchenette.

The apartment wasn't very clean, and at the entrance we had to wait for an English speaker to check in.

It's a modest place, appropriate with the price. The accommodation is equipped with basic necessities.

The location is far from the city center and the hot water only comes few minutes after the faucet is on.

We really like the owner of the hostel, even if we can't speak kazakh or russian she still tried her best to understand us. And thanks to her son who always answers my message whenever i have a question. The location very close to all the park and other tourist spot.

Lovely room with all necessary supplies (including a fridge and a kettle) and a bathtub only 10 min away walk from the metro station that connects you to all parts of Almaty. Wonderful and very caring and helpful host, she made me feel like i was staying at a friend's place.
