The Location, Staff, Breakfast all very good and great.

The Spice Market International Dinner is to be avoided at all costs!!! They use leftovers from breakfast doused in a cheesy sauce as an attempt to cover-up for their culinary crime. Be warned dinner is gore rather than gourmet!!! In addition, the Spice Market International dinner was sold with a discount of 20 SAR from 100 SAR, so we paid 80 per person. But honestly the quality of the food and the variety and type of food served was awful!!! Its not even worth 10 SAR we felt we were duped in purchasing this dinner. We tried it once and it was the last time!!! Whatever you do don't attend or pay for the dinner in the Spice Market you will regret it!!! The Egyptian "Chefs" should be ashamed with themselves, thinking we would not catch them adding cheesy sauce to breakfast leftovers, such audacity and impertinent insolence should not go unpunished!!!

They gave us a complimentary breakfast. Location was very near to Haram and there was convenient shuttle bus and electric carts every five minutes to the Mosque. They entertained our request for early check-in also without any extra charges.

From start to finish the service provided by this hotel was exceptional all the amenities were clean and to a high standard. The breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of item to choose from. The staff were amazing and very attentive would definitely recommend to anyone. I definitely know were I am staying when I come here again.

قرب المكان للحرم 5 مشي على الاقدام وتوفر وسائل نقل باص وسيارة القولف قربه من سوق الخليل جميع موظفي الاستقبال وخاصة الاخ ياسر شكرا لهم علي حسن الاستقبال وسرعة اجراء الدخول واشكر ألاخ ياسر على تعاونه بتسهيل الدخول وتوفير الغرفه قبل 4 مساء

Super hotel! Amjad, Taha en Muhammed Haseem hebben ons goed geholpen! Het hotel is heel schoon en ruim. Daarnaast ook heel dicht bij het moskee. Fijn dat het hotel ook shuttlebussen aanbied. Volgende keer nemen wij weer dit hotel.

المخدات صراحه ياربي عجزت انام منها قرأت اول تعليقات عنها بس توقعت تغيرت او توقعت مبالغه بس صار صدق

اول مرة اسكن منطقة جبل عمر واستمتعت بالفندق الموقع ،سعة الغرف ، الاطلالة على ساحات الحرم خدمة الغرف سريعين بتلبية الطلبات هناك عربات قولف توصل لنقطة قريبه من ساحات الحرم على مدار اليوم تقريبا

الافطار يحتاج تنوع اكثر الباصات توصل لنقطة بجانب اجنحة هيلتون وكونراد وتنزل للارضي بالمصاعد والغالب تكون مزدحمة

Le fait de nous faire payer 350 sar supplémentaires car on est arrivé plus tôt que prévu à savoir le matin au lieu de l après midi . La propreté n’était pas au top pour un cinq étoiles .

Location was super, close to Haram with shuttle and golf carts going up and down making it convenient. Hotel is 5 stars, room was amazing comfortable beds and spacious bathroom , value for money. Housekeeping services were on point👌 Ahad was friendly and did a wonderful job ensuring our room was clean and we had all conveniences.

Coffee shop prices were abit expensive, I guess you pay for convenience.

The rooms including the washroom were a good size. The prayer area in the hotel has a lovely view of the Haram. The staff, in particular the concierge and cleaning staff, were very helpful and professional.

There is a golf cart that takes you to and from close to the Haram. Unfortunately, it was not very well managed as people from other hotels were jumping on and not showing any consideration for the weak in our society. If you are traveling with an elderly person or less abled person the walk back to the hotel can be particularly difficult as it is uphill and the golf cart provides ease. However, it is very difficult to get on to from the Haram because of people abusing the service. The walk to the closest gate of the mosque is approximately 15 minutes for a fit and able person. There is no option to check in very early. I would look at paying for an additional night if you are arriving in the early hours of the morning. As it was, we left our luggage with the concierge, completed our Umrah and were able to check in early afternoon.

I really like the exceptional Service provided by Employee/Housekeeping staff named Mahdi. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was very friendly and attentive! He provided us an excellent service.
