Location as it was very near

Hotel was occupied by Uzbekistan pilgrims which didn't understand anything at all.
Free parking they meant by to park in open ground beside the hotel

To be fair and just, I will say that the service in the restaurant was very good. The food was good and the restaurant staff were polite and helpful.
First night - We were given a room with no working shower or hot water. Six hours later, no new room was available.
Second night - Moved to another room with problems
It seems the hotel staff were not happy that I was complaining about the problems we were facing. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful.
At 9.30 pm at night a hotel staff knocked on our door whilst my children were in bed and trying to sleep. They brought a dirty towel from the previous room with a bill claiming we damaged the towel and had to pay for it. The towel was black with rust stains, which we later discovered were due to a leak under the sink, and they were trying to blame us for it.
We then received phone calls from the reception staff telling us we had to settle the bill for the towel immediately.
When I refused, the fire alarm was set off on our floor.
When I called a number provided previously for the manager, the man who answered started to verbally abuse me.
At this point I felt very threatened and feared for my family's safety. I was too scared to fall asleep not knowing what they may do.
Other issues included:
The front door latch was missing.
The toilet shower pipe was broken.
The bathroom door was difficult to close due to water damage and the door could not be locked.
The lock for a large window was broken.
The window did not lock and could be pushed open easily. We were on the 9th floor and had 4 young children aged between 4-10. This was a major safety hazard.
I have video evidence for all of the above. I have included picture as Booking.com does not allow videos to be uploaded.
I finally was able to get a number for the hotel manager and detailed all the issues we faced via WhatsApp. His solution was to send us a box of water as compensation.
I requested a full refund and his was response was to offer a 20% discount of our next stay. Why would he think I would ever be coming back to his hotel is beyond me.

The location it is on top of a hill I just looked at google maps and thought i could walk it but this is really far, also very difficult to find first time round.

Bedsheets not clean, hot water turns cold in 3 min. Breakfast was a disaster, floor was not vacuumed

The staff was very nice especially the man in the reception. His name was MOHAMMAD Simsim. If you are lucky to meet him at the reception then your going to have a pleasant stay.
I didn't like the arrival day. They gave us the wrong room. I told the receptionit was not my room. I booked a big room. They said its your room. Someone had the same first name as me and I told the reception my full name but They only saw my first name and thought it was my room. I was lucky my payment didn't go through. for the next day they told me your pay ment hasn't gone through. Then hey checked my booking and then they said this is not your room. At the end I got my room by the help of MOHAMMAD Simsim.
There is some more things I didn't like but because of MOHAMMAD Simsim I'm ignoring those things. Thank you Mr Simsim.

Firstly the staff was cooperative,
there was a parking space but it was complete but a free bus service from the government was provided to pilgrims.
the room was not that much clean when we entered there was water on the carpet which later smell bad.
