The chalet had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable and just a few minutes walk into the town of Samoens. There were 4 of us which was comfortable. The whole chalet is very cosy, would not hesitate to recommend staying here. The town of Samoens is also very beautiful, its also closer to larger towns which are worth a visit (Les Gets and Morzine). We enjoyed spending time at the lake, rafting and mountain biking, all in all a family holiday we will remember!

Fantastic apartment from start to finish, the owners met us at the property and showed us round, rarely have we met such lovely and helpful people. (They left us ice creams and breakfast for the next day)The property itself is really well furnished and felt luxurious, the kitchen was so well fitted out with everything you need. The bathroom has a shower and a lovely deep bath. There is a separate toilet room which also has a washer and dryer. The location is perfect with just a short walk into Samoens we could not fault this property and would recommend it to anyone.

This property is immaculate. the situation is very good, near to all the shops and restaurants in Samoens. It is very well equipped, and beautifully light and airy. Highly recommended

Beautiful view. Very close to the centre of the village.

The hosts met us at the property and the son spoke good English. They were professional and welcoming. We stayed the week leading up to Christmas and they had made a huge effort to beautifully decorate the apartment. The pictures of the property don't do it justice. The bathrooms were very fresh and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were firm and very comfy, just how we like them. The host had even left us a local cake as a welcome gift! We would love to come back.

3 night stay at (late) Easter and very pleasant all round. A lovely apartment, walking distance from the pretty town of Samoens. Not on the ski bus route (at least, not at the time of year we were there). Not a problem as we had a car (to get to the slopes) and despite being a holiday weekend, little traffic. Very friendly reception by owner who speaks French and English. Beautiful view from balcony of apartment Le Criou (sleeps 5) and perfect for our family of 5 plus dog (you pay extra for pets). Quiet street. Really well stocked (new) kitchen, plus, washing machine/dryer in separate washroom. Wonderful underfloor heating! Good and comfortable living room space too. Important to note - there is a (hefty) cash deposit to pay on arrival. We were a little put out by this as it felt 'their word against ours'. Not a problem in the end as deposit was returned.
Master bedroom bed a little hard but could be our preference only. Other beds very comfortable.

Fantastic location and the apartment was roomier than the pictures showed prior to booking. Great communicative owners who couldn’t be anymore helpful.

Perfect location with lovely views off a quiet road just a few minutes walk into town. Off street parking. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 loos is just brilliant because by no means a given in France. Lovely owners. Friendly and very helpful. Made us feel special being allowed to use their superb apartment.

Lovely spacious clean apartment, perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers! Good distance from the town centre.
The WiFi signal was a bit weak when all three teenagers were using it at the same time 😄
