Im SPA- Bereich kann man sich nicht entspannen. Eltern kommen mit ihren Kindern, und es ist eine Stimmung wie im Hallenbad. Leider gibt es keine Kontrollgänge seitens des Hotels, um dies zu kontrolieren.

The hotel has the amenities, as free WiFi, a fitness center, and a spa. The kitchenette had everything you could think of, including a fridge, wine fridge, stovetop, microwave, and sink. The location of the hotel is also great. It was close to many restaurants and stores, so we could easily find everything we needed. There were also plenty of places to visit and things to do in the area.

A nice modern Hotel, well maintained and very comfortable rooms.

Due to the Hotels central location and our room facing the street - it was extremely noisy morning, day and night.

Central location, beautifully clean & modern. Gorgeous spa facilities. Our room was huge with a big balcony and we had both a bath with shower & separate shower! And it was really hot & they provided a fan as soon as we requested one! They also provide complimentary tea, coffee & fruit juice in your room. Lots of EV charging points & underground parking too.

As we stayed in the summer season, it was pretty quiet in the hotel so some of the usual facilities seemed closed but it wasn’t a major problem for us. Also didn’t seem to be any room service food/beverage facility.

The hotel is beautifully designed and well maintained. Furnishing is top-notch. Every piece of furniture is well chosen and of high quality. The bed is super comfy! The spa and wellness centre is better than that of many 5 star hotels. Staff were so friendly and thoughtful. They even brought a birthday gift for our one-year old! Un grand merci! Samoens is a very pretty town with many old charming buildings. The river, the lake area, the dramatic mountain view and many easy but picturesque trails in the area suit families with small kids in particular.

Incredible staff, could not do enough to help, amazing hotel. Spotlessly clean, modern and gorgeous rooms and a really top class spa. Right in the middle of town, super easy to get to everything and the most brilliant 'on demand' lift service to the gondola morning and afternoon. Cannot fault. We will be back next year. Shuttle service ideal, as well as ski room and spa facilities at the end of the day. Staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly on a variety of matters.

Breakfast should really be included in the price, particularly given the limited options in the village.

Perfect short stay for our father daughter Alpine road trip. Loved the reception/bar area with log fire , the spa/fitness facilities and central village location all fantastic. Everything was immaculate and clean. All the staff were super helpful and welcoming.

The bar closes early some nights, which cut short enjoyment of the lovely reception area. Although bottles of wine only can be purchased.

staff fantastic, modern and clean with a friendly atmosphere

brand new hotel, great designed rooms, wonderful spa zone, great location, professional hotel manager and helpful staff

we were staying in high season. the windows were orientated to the street and parking lot, big noise at late evening and early morning. spa area does not have “adults only” hours, many kids after a day hike. overall would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel

modern, luxurious, location great, staff incredibly helpful. The pool, gym, spa area and games room were fabulous. it was the height of summer so plenty of space to sit outside on sunbeds even thoigh an indoor pool if you wanted to. location perfect with a view of the mountain and the centre of town just across the road at your feet along with the tourist info centre. The suite was spacious, clean and luxurious.

being summer the room did get very hot and stuffy at night despite the windows being open. There seemed to be an air conditioning control on the wall but it didn’t work. breakfast was disappointing and not at all value for money. However, they also offer a bakery run where you can collect your pastries from reception in the morning and that made the perfect breakfast in our suite the next day.

friendly staff and excellent facilities

Everything! Absolutely gorgeous place, I only wish it was not closing for such long periods of time. We could totally imagine coming regularly! We loved the spa, the croissants in the morning, the view, everything really. But most importantly, the staff was wonderful, super helpful and kind.

We were slightly unlucky to come when there was a big festival outside, and unfortunately at night it was a bit noisy, the sound isolation could be better. But it's a very rare event, on other nights it was quiet.
