Cleanliness of the room was poor on arrival; hair and dirt all over the floor. Dirty, overused duvets.
Spa full of children and very noisy, children in adults only jacuzzi.
Reception closed for 2 hours between 12-2, transfer was at 1350 therefore we had to take our bags out of storage and sit outside. Staff were unhelpful and were unable to provide a solution.

pool good size but little cool. Jacuzzi not warm enough
Arrived after 10am and no one to deal with us. Thankfully a porter let us in to store our luggage

there was a lot of cleaning / stripping of beds expected at the end and some fines if it wasn’t up to standard

Location and pool.
The room was dirty, used by visitors with pets, sofa and the floor full if peta hair. We were not informed about this at the check in. Spider webs all over. Very cold floor despite the heating.
The check in was chaotic. Wifi only for 2 devices.

perfect location very close to the ski lift, warm pool, comfortable appartement with terrace.
A bit overcrowded pool, and a bit highly price due to holidays season. otherwise great residence for family holiday.

good location, short walk to the center of the village only yet.
Room was not really clean, lot of dust, one bn the the bathroom was still full from the predecessors. The electric cable of one table lamp in the children room was broken / defective and my wife get an electric choc 220v touching the lamp as the cable was apparent... When we mentioned the electric choc received during check out and showing the defective cable the staff did not even apologize, he just mentioned that it can happen and he cannot check all the electric cables...

Having 2 bathrooms / toilets was really nice, being on the ground floor is pleasant, with access to the garden. Kitchen well equipped. Really good (quiet) location, on walking distance to everything you need. Beds slept really well.
Nice apartment, though not really suitable for 8 persons, as 2 people need to sleep in the living room on the couch, being on the ground floor is really nice, though it is a bit more noisy as people from the other apartments walk by. Not much sitting area inside (outside more than enough). Dining table is big enough for 8. All ventilation holes were closed/stuffed by former occupants, could not leave the windows open being on the ground floor, so it was hard to ventilate being on the ground floor. The appartement are beginning to show wear and tear from the (probably) high occupancy rate.

Spa and pool area very nice. Also the lounge a great place to relax and have a glass of wine.
House keeper needs to look at pillows on a regular basis as my grandchildren had stains on theres
