ГОТЕЛЬ ХОРШЕЙ, АЛЕ ПЕРСОНАЛ НА ЖАЛЬ, НЕ ВВІЧЛИВИЙ І НЕПРИВІТНИЙ

Хороший сучасний готель. Гарний ремонт. Хороший інтеренет.

Людина яка на прийомі - не ввічлива і непривітна. Взагалі відсутнє поняття зустрічі гостей, привітання, а про посмішку - це взагалі нереальні речі. На жаль, одразу, коли бачиш непривітну, неввічливу людину на рецепсії, хочеться розвернутися і поїхати геть. Дивно, як такі базові речі, людина, яка сидить на рецепсії не знає. Що коли заходять гості, потрібно встати, посміхнутися, привітатися, але власна мобілка - набагато важливіша. Тому, якщо власники хочуть мати хороших клієнтів, варто або людину вчити базовим речам, або міняти. Бо, вдруге, повернувся в цей готель, на жаль, жодного бажання немає, а в цьому місті буде ще не раз...

perfect place for the transit

perfect place for the transit travel to and forth of Ukrainian border with Romania. despite blackout you have a hot shower, very warm room, clean and comfortable; comfortable bed; stable and speedy Wi-Fi. and all is just a minute drive to the road leading either to Orlovka border crossing, or Renni border crossing.

restaurant hours of work is ending at 07PM which is quite weird (or maybe due to the blackout management has shortened the operational hours); but working kitchen and hot food at least till 09 PM would be a big plus.:-).

It s good location. Near enter to city and near big fuel station ( WOG), big rooms. The great service that i was surprise and happy - is big closed area for parking car. Very clever personal at reception.

Comfortable and safe, nice place to recover during the long-distance trip.

Good location to stay for one night driving to Bulgaria from Russia. Big and well-equipped rooms. Some rooms have a view to the parking zone, which is also really comfortable and safe. Friendly staff, helped us to print some papers (for free).

Restaurant works only for breakfast (not possible to have a supper).

Good hotel to stay

Good location: no need to look it for, just at the road. Helpful staff, clean and spacious room, good wi-fi. There is free of charge water in the room, mini bar is for extra pay. Perfect breakfast (extra pay too), it was yummy and enough for us. Three options to choose. Large free private guarded parking
