Accomodation has beautiful view. Very close to capital city.

Not really good road to accomodation, from one side is very steep. We were worried about rental car. Resort is older, need some renovation. Facilites in appartment need renovation too. We stayed one night before our departure, so it was okay for sleepover.

Waking up in morning and seeing the view

After messaging property twice about check in procedure no reply. On arrival no staff, no contact details. Another guest was sitting out and gave us a number. When we eventually got through we were sent to wrong apartment, had to ring back before gaining access. Nightmare.

Lovely view. Fine for 1 night stay.

We struggled to access property because of lack of instructions. A person came out of their room and said the keys would be in the door...but we had no idea which apartment/room we were in!! We just went up to the next floor looking at the doors...not ideal as it was quite late at night.

When we arrived nobody was on site. We called the number listed on booking MULTIPLE times, no answer. After some time the neighbour came over and showed as our room. The room wasn't clean. Hair all over the place, even more hair in the bathroom. Over all the room was small and cramped, the facilities and the furniture was out dated. There was a drainage problem in the shower and the sink. There was no trash bag in the room.. The first night we got lucky and found a huge bug in our room. Was not fun to catch it. Shared balcony so no privacy at all. The property is on a steep hill so the road to it is a bit challenging. Only a few parking places in front on the road in front of the property. Not worth the money.

Beautiful view overlooking the sea. Location is a very good area by lots of tourist beaches, lots of tourist shops, lots or bars/restuarants. It is also close to the capital Argostoli (where the bay and giant sea turtles can be seen) and about 7 min drive to the airport. You can get a bus to the capital or to the airport. LOTS of places to hire cars, quadbikes, motorbikes or scooters.

Very steep hill to get to the resort. This did not bother me but worth noting if it may bother others.

on arrival I decided not to stay there wasn’t anything apparent immediately that I would have liked.

I arrived by taxi. the outside areas were immediately noticeable as very shabby, I could describe the building and common areas as possibly derelict. I called the number to say I’d arrived and the lady was confused as to who I was, initially saying my room would not be ready for a couple of hours. I explained again about my booking and then she said ‘ah Sunshine resort’ and said she would be 10 mins. I waited on the terrace and had a look round the rear, everywhere there was debris and just looked awful. The lady arrived and told me my room was on the 3rd floor access by external steps. I made this my excuse to leave as I just couldn’t stay here. The location was also going to prove difficult as the building was very isolated up a very long steep hill and I knew I wouldn’t feel safe staying here on my own. I asked the lady to call me a taxi but she had her car and said she could give me a lift down into Lassi. I thanked her and accepted. Possibly my own fault for taking a chance but the location was marked as near the beach and the pictures didn’t look too bad on Booking.com.

The panoramic view from this property is spectacularly breathtaking!...The Hosts Eleana, Nikos and Frank were extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for Eleana....The housekeeping cleaning lady was very lovely too....The apartment was extremely clean with daily new towels, sheets and bed making turn down service....Very peaceful surrounding area and yet in the centre of Lassi, Kefalonia very well located for shopping, restaurants and beaches...

The apartment number 8 Sunshine Resort could possibly benefit from a microwave, toaster and more crockery, cutlery and utensils...

Everything in Kefalonia! This accommodation was great, the location was amazing, we rented a scooter and everything was very close (bars, restaurants, shops, beaches). The beaches were just around the corner. The best view from the room, from the bed and from the balcony :).

Lots of cats around. But this is a common problem in Greece.

Toilet should be better and approach to the parking so this accommodation can have 10/10

The view over Lassi and of the sunset was fantastic, and the room was very comfortable. There were also some very friendly cats outside our room.

The bathroom was a bit cramped.
