Nyaman dan aman di Santika, family friendly, pekerjanya warga lokal tapi gak ada barang yang kemalingan,
tidak seperti hotel Inifinity8 jimbaran, cincin taro di dalam kamar bisa hilang setelah room cleaning, sop keamanan dan penanganan laporan kehilangan buruk.

the breakfast was OK and the rest were TERRIBLE.
I checked in at around 11.00PM and the reception checked me in at a room without window. The room was humid the AC was noisy and worse no fridge and safe deposit box in the room.
After I complained to the reception they gave me another room with "windows" and half broken fridge and still NO safe deposit box. I gave up and the next morning I checked out from the hotel.

The inside of the hotel is beautiful. The lovely receptionist upgraded us as we were given a room with no window unlike the one in my booking.
Breakfast was included, a very varied buffet. It was good! The room was really nice, a bit noisy the a/c though. All the amenities were cool, the shower perfect as well. Comfy beds. The pool was fantastic, the deck needs some work. But its ok!
There were 4 mineral water bottles in the room, great!
The fridge in our room didnt work but they quickly change it!
In the swimming pool área there are only 2 chairs where to lay.
The machines in the gym(3) didnt work properly.
As regards the location, it was impossible to find a place around to eat, we couldnt even cross the busy avenue. Too much traffic. Of course its not the hotel's problem but bear that in mind. Even though, the hotel has a wide range of options in their menu bur 21% taxis it is too much!

Beautiful and large interior and the staff were so lovely. Easy to get a taxi and had some lovely places to eat nearby. The view from the pool was also lovely.

It has a nice pool and restaurant on the rooftop with a nice view over the city.
the restaurant has a good variety of foods, snacks and a good room service.
There was no sunlight at all through the windows I had.
The remote control didn't work so I had to turn the TV of manually every time I came in.
The swimming pool/top terrace could receive more attention by placing more comfort for visitors.

This property is poorly manage. great location but, the Towels were old and brown and the toilet Seat was broken and brown inside

Probably one of the best hotels in Bangkok. We really enjoyed our stay. The staffs are very welcoming.

amazing breakfast , super clean rooms , very friendly staff, Specially Gus Eka , he made an extra effort to help us with our stay being very profesional, kind and understandable!

Location was good for us as not too far from the action of Seminyak or the airport. Good buffet breakfast included and very comfortable large single beds. We liked the small touch of the welcome drink.
The furniture such as the dressing table could have been cleaner.

Centre of the City Easy goes everywhere, good parking…nice breakfast, bed was huge…Pool with clean water..,Staff All friendly good Job
there is less towel inside the Room like face towel or extra bath towel..,Pool for kids little rusty need tO pain if you ask My suggestion…

The breakfast was one of the best, it has a lot of choices and on top of that most of the food were being made as we eat it (open kitchen). The room was very big and the bed as huge
