Very friendly staff and very clean and tidy rooms.

Wish I was made aware of the seperate room situation. I was a first time booker and wasn’t aware we would get seperate room. It makes sense why but just wants actual needed.

We had adjacent rooms which was good. Good location right in the town. We were able to walk to the park. Restaurant and bar at the hotel. Had a nice balcony. all the rooms have kettles and fridges etc which is good.

Food wasn't great but adequate other an that no complaints

room was a good size. went to the bistro downstairs for both dinner and breakfast. good service. yummy food. good desserts too. they run out of the one we wanted but had polite customer service communication and she was lovely.

when using a drink voucher which we believe was intended for alcoholic beverages, however we both wanted a soft drink and as the lady was scooping ice for the cups we kindly and politely said may we please have the glass bottles of coke instead (instead of post mix). she threw the ice in aggressively and rolled her eyes at us. and then she said "we don't normally include the bottles but ill let it slide this one time" and then put them onto the bar quite rudely. that was the last moment of our stay and really ruined the whole experience. be more specific what the drink voucher includes. having an eye roll from a woman who at her age should know better about customer service was disappointing..

The room we had booked was great with windows that opened to let in the lovely sea breeze and views. When we had a plumbing mishap the staff were amazing and moved us to a corner suite that was fantastic. The bed was great and the bathroom beautiful. The staff made us feel comfortable throughout with their care and attentiveness. Can’t praise them enough. Thank you for a great break.
