- super wygodne łóżko, - lokalizacja - samo centrum, - duże przestronne mieszkanie, - fajny balkon z częściowym widokiem na ocean, - parking podziemny (niestety dodatkowo płatny...) - duże i pojemne szafy, - TV z wieloma programami

- problemy z pralką - zamiast nastawić pranie i odpoczywać przed kolejną wyprawą to walczyłem z pralką. Po kilkudziesięciu minutach udało się ustawić w końcu jakiś krótki program, który lekko odświeżył, lecz nie wyprał... właściciel miał wiedzę, że z pralką są problemy. Przy tańszym noclegu pewnie przymknąłbym oko, ale zapłaciłem za to nie małe pieniądze... - nieszczelne okna - straszny hałas zza okien, który nie pozwalał zasnąć. - skromne wyposażenie mieszkania - bardzo zniszczone patelnie - jajecznica z teflonem była wspaniała :) - z udogodnień była tylko SÓL! Nawet nie było cukru, czy jednej torebki herbaty, co na takie standardy i przy takiej cenie jest niespotykane... w poprzednim, o wiele tańszym mieszkaniu dostaliśmy nawet kilka kapsułek kawy. - uszkodzona dolna szuflada zmywarki, co irytowało przy załadunku naczyń - brak klimatyzacji (o tym wiedziałem), ale nie wiedziałem że wentylator sufitowy w sypialni przy pracy tak wibruje i kołysze. Aż strach było pod tym stać. - dziwne rozwiązanie z pościelą - zamiast normalnej pościeli było prześcieradło nakryte narzutą - długi czas oczekiwania na ciepłą wodę w umywalce (rano)

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles in der Stadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Meer ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Hafen unter 2 km entfernt. Gondel nach Monte vom Apartment sichtbar. Super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Sachverstand und ohne Kosten zu sparen gewählt. Wer Funchal zentral erkunden will und vielleicht auch die ein oder andere Tour machen möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Es geht kaum besser Sogar die Betten waren gut. Und wer schon öfter in Portugal übernachtet hat, weiß wovon wir sprechen.

La posizione è molto centrale, l'appartamento è molto spazioso e offre tutti i comfort per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. Tina, l'host, è molto disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza

Location is in the very center of Funchal. The stores and old town are close by. It is also a good starting point for all the hikes. There is also a parking lot available which is crucial to have in Funchal.

It can be a bit noisy in the morning due to rush hour.

All' arrivo al portone della struttura ho telefonato alla ragazza che la gestisce la quale si é presentata in pochi minuti per darmi le chiavi e mostrarmi l' appartamento e del posto auto. Appartamento comodissimo dotato di ampia camera da letto, cucina, balcone, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, divano e smart tv. Posizione centralissima.

Tutto é andato molto bene.

Tha location of the house is perfect.It is close to everywhere.The house is new and decorated well.You can find whatever you wish in the apartment.

excellent for holiday with car as parking under accomadation accesable by lift.many good restaurants in area within walking distance.shops and bars very close port and promenade very close easy walk allround very convieniant location.

quadruple glazing in bedroom stopping nearly all road noise but room very hot as no air conditioning just ceiling fans.not a problem if out touring or visiting town.

1. you will cant sleep ! ever if you close all the sound from boulevard its very hard the old buses and car will not let you sleep 1 min. 2. ac not working. 3 furniture its from ‘90 not new how i have read in reviews, i think that guy lived on flinstone age. 4. the doctor say that we was bite by bed bugs i will upload photo. in the night you will crash its all this that comes.. they will distroy your holiday. 5. we payed 40£ for upgrade sea view but there its no sea view at level 3
