Very friendly and helpful host. Kate tries her best to make the life of her guests as comfortable as possible. The house is very clean and the fully equipped kitchen is fitted with all the necessary household appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms are supplied with sufficient bed linen and towels. Livingroom is comfortable with TV and quite speedy WiFi. A nice and well maintained green garden, with lovely flowers, surrounds the house. Perfect location in the centre of Martinique. Every corner of the island can be easily reached by car on very comfortable tarmacked roads.

Everything was perfect!

This home is centrally located on the island, on a dead-end side street. The grounds are planted with a wonderful variety of tropical fruits, trees, shrubs and flowers which we enjoyed so much. The owner drove ahead of us from a nearby grocery store on the main road to help us find the place, which was much appreciated. She also generously stocked the kitchen with many items for breakfast to make our stay easier. Overall the home was comfortable and very well equipped. Kay was always available by cell phone when needed, and very responsive.

When we reserved our stay the website stated that credit cards would be accepted for final payment, but when there we found out that only cash in Euros was acceptable. I understand this has since been corrected online, so it shouldn't be an issue for future guests. There is A/C only in the bedrooms, but we could cool the central rooms by leaving bedroom doors open. There was usually a lovely breeze, but the lack of screens meant mosquitos also could join us in the evening if doors and windows were left open.

The house and the garden was lovely.
