good location, staff super helpful

The location is great. Lots of little bars and cafes around and it’s in a cute area with a lot of artists and calligraphy shops. Right beside the South Gate. The beds had white linen and were quite comfortable. Someone came and changed the towels each day and took away rubbish.

The location also made it very noisy at night and during the night- the art shops make frames all night and the party goers are heard until the small hours. The kitchen and bathrooms are not clean and it’s very rustic, plus smaller and much darker than shown in the pictures. The bed linen didn’t smell super fresh.

Very comfortable beds and dark curtains, good location just within the wall and near some little shops. Acceptable price. Quiet location. Was upgraded to three bedrooms because 2 bedroom options were taken, no price change.

Pictures did not match the accomdation. Dark, no views (all walls). Grim building it was part of. Fridge did not cool food and there was no freezer section. Very damaged mesh over the windows so easy for mosquitos to get in (bitten a lot). Would have been nice for some water to be provided. Overall more expense than a recent trip to Sanya per night and I had a pool and an immaculate, bright apartment with a balcony there!

Really in the city center with than ancient city wall entrance at walking distance. Restaurants and shops were also very close.

Kitchen equipment was very basic.

Dirty stirs leading to the apartment. Be nice to paint and clean up a bit.

The person who received us was kind and helpful. The inside of the house was pleasant enough.

It looks much nicer in picture. It was so dark along the stairways leading up to the 3rd level even during the day. Therefore it was quite challenging for a member who is partially sight impaired.

Location and ability for family members to have separate rooms

Gas on stove didn’t work, all cabinets locked and only a few cups, plates and cooking utensils. Makes it hard to cook
