La struttura è splendida(sia fuori che dentro), in una posizione veramente ottima poiché si trova in una zona centrale, vivace e piena di vita. La camera era molto bella e aveva una fantastica vista sulle mura. Abbiamo mangiato anche al ristorante degustando molti cibi tipici con un rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo.

It's clean and comfy, the room is big and with a perfect view of ancient city wall, you can watch the city wall lighting up and gate close show every night from the room window.

Hôtel très bien situé avec tout à proximité immédiate, ramparts de Xi’an, shopping mall, restaurants, transports.. propreté irréprochable et connexion internet de bonne qualité! Magnifique vue des chambres!

Malgré tous les bons points, il faut quand même savoir que dans cet hôtel on a l’impression d’être en 2002. Décorations des chambres, moquettes (bien que très propres), c’est d’une autre époque!!Une télé qui doit avoir au bas mot 12 ou 15 ans (en Chine en 2024 le seul pays au monde où une télé d’1 mètre doit valoir 120€!!) il faudrait vraiment donner un coup de jeune à cet hôtel!!

The friendliness & politeness of your front desk staff, the concierge & even the housekeeper. All are very helpful. Special thanks to Zhang Yang, he helped to attend to all my needs for transportation. There is another lady at front desk that can speak very fluent English, I forgotten her name. Thumbs up to her & do put her as a service ambassador to attend to English speaking tourists like me - impressive Bed, room, water pressure in bathroom - very good & I'm lucky to hv a room facing the gorgeous City Wall..super beautiful at night. Very good spread of breakfast served Location superb..nearby to tourist attractions, many street foods available & shopping mall - all within walking distance

All good, just some feedback : Will be better if yr hotel hv swimming pool Piano lady should wear Hanfu dress to help promote the boutique at the lobby Would be nice if there is a lounge / bar for drinking at the ground floor

Concierge staff were really friendly. Location was great - near the train station and malls.

We reached at around 2am and the entrance to the place was pitch dark - we thought the place wasn't even open for business - turns out they switch off most lights at night (even in the lobby). Breakfast was average. Towels weren't the cleanest.

Отличный отель за свои деньги, красивое лобби, есть тренажёрный зал, но к сожалению не было времени заглянуть туда. Отличное расположение отеля. Рядом станция метро и много магазинов. Также в пешей доступности городская стена.

Старый ремонт, особенно в ванной комнате. Лейка душа протекает, можно и нужно менять сантехнику! Вид с нашей комнаты выходил на рядом строящееся здание, иногда было шумно ночью. Плохая изоляция окон, продувало.
