We love the size of the room. We had a deluxe room. It had 2 bathrooms which was great.

There was very limited English TV channels.

Not sure if it's a good or bad thing. The hotel was kinda in between the train station. (also a major bus terminal) and the bell tower. So to get to either place, some walking or public transport is required. If I were to come to Xi An again, I would chose to either stay near the train station for convenient transport to all the major outlying sightseeing spots or near the belltower/metro line for ease of moving around within the city. Bed is on a bit of firmer side (I generally prefer the soft types) but I had a good night's rest throughout my stay. A handful of food options around the hotel but there is a big mall with a cinema diagonally opposite (about 5mins walk).

Nothing that I really didn't like. I wished the staff were more helpful and friendly but I think it's a China thing and not so much their staff. Responses online were quick.
