I loved the location, the rooms, the tidyness of the condo and the swimmingpool. My kids loved it, and we did not have the time to try the kids club but that also loooked fun! The location is very calm and secure, and the staff was nice too :)

Television in the room had no wifi, despite making a complaint about it at the desk it was not revolved.

Got an ground floor apartment, not clean with a lot of insects all over the place, so has to keep the windows closed to not get more inside.

The front desk staff Nohaila is very kind and helpful

The rooms are really spacious. Staff were very polite and helped with everything. Food in the cafe is delicious! Nice, big territory. Pool is perfect for children. It has a little convenience store where you can always get water.

Most of the staff didn't speak English, which is ok I guess. The room was quite dirty. Closets and drawers were dusty inside. Stains on the wall. We travelled in May and it wasn't a season yet, so everything we were planning to do (kids zone, gym etc) was closed. We could only enjoy the pool.

Pool facilities dirty Staff behavior They gave me a list of check list of flat equipment to sign off with no chane to double check it behind them . Then we discover a missing cup but they asked us to pay it claiming it was there. But we explained that we came with kids to enjoy our stay not to focus on counting and checking huge list equipment. Finnally we paid total of 25MAD for cup

the pool was nice but if your going in a busy period it is not worth it

the cleaners only came once during my 5 day stay. my first room was dirty and then they changed our room after several times of going up and down. there is no phone in the room so you need to physically go down to the reception. there is only one place near the pool for snacks no proper food is available. the distance from the hotel to the center is 30 minute drive and there are no taxis in that area. I needed to complain and physically look for the cleaners around the hotel in order for them to come to my room.

there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms , no proper cleaning and maintenance. our rooms AC were not working and staff were so rude . specially their receptionist . there was too many ants in the room on the floor and kitchen

property was ok but for 6 people it was insufficient, toilet paper, towel,no water pressure and sometime not enough hot water even showere gel were low, you have to keek asking ☺️☺️

no microwave and in the middle of nowhere you need to take taxi everpyou go and they are expensive
