L'hôtel est très beau, bien placé avec une navette gratuite pour aller au centre. La chambre très propre. Le buffet varié et bon avec un personnel nous avons adoré être servie par Hassen tout les midi. Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille

Bémol pour la piscine des enfants avec jeux non chauffés nous n'avons pas pu en profiter et nous avons choisis l'hôtel pour cela .... Heureusement la pataugeoire est grande

Nous avons aimé beaucoup de choses : Les chambres grandes et propres. Les repas variés et bien cuisinés. La gentillesse du personnel et animateur. La navette gratuite pour se rendre à la ville. Une pensée particulière pour Assan, Bel Achir, serveurs, sans qui nos repas n’auraient pas été les mêmes et Pintcho juste sensationnel.

Le bruit que font les gens sur leur terrasse jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Les terrasses des chambres aux étages se trouvent au dessus des chambres du 1re étage. Et le bruit des valises dans les couloirs.

We highly recommend it, we spent some very pleasant days, we want to thank Hassan (incredible person in the dining room), the lady who has made our room all these days and Fatima (pool bar, very good person).

The entertainment staff can be greatly improved

The hotel is very clean, the room service does a great job everyday. Food was also great with a multitude of choices everyday

Animation is targeting one kind of customers, and there wasn't enough activities. I think it's not very suitable for families, especially muslim families, some customers drink alcohol beside little children, and it's not good for their education

Air conditioning system just about cooled the rooms, can see it struggling in the hot summer months. Pool not big enough if the hotel is at full capacity!

Lovely hotel. Room was comfortable and cosy. Comfortable bed. Lovely pool area. Staff all nice and fruendly. Bus service into town as there is nothing in the area to visit. Entertainment in the evening.

Distance from centre. Other guests putting towels on sunbeds early in the morning when not using. Food mostly focused around moroccan/french guests.

As i was travelling with my 6 year old boy this is the fifth or sixth time in the past two years, not only they remembered us we always felt like home surrounded with an awesome staff. I would like to thank every one starting with the security at the parking , to wafaa the cleaning lady and chaimae at the lobby, i tried other places in marrakech if you have a child take him there without hesitation the activities are awesome shout out to smiley and the others , the pool bar and the lobby bartenders superb big up to fatem ( akmi srbe7 rabi) i cant thank you guys enough and sorry if i didnt write all the names but know that you always made my son's vacations memorable and thats why we ll keep coming there.

Everything was perfect

Open bar, nice staff, nice room, good amount of activities for adults and kids. Cabin style hotel. Mohamed at the front desk was lovely!

The balcony in our room was a bit small but lovely view.

Room was decent size, bed was good, staff were super helpful and friendly. I lost my phone and they helped me retrieve it which was amazing. Great taxi/transfer service also.

Was quite noisy in the corridors at night on occasion. Pool was jam packed and was not relaxing at all, I avoided and went elsewhere during the day. This place was not for a single traveller - understandably.

We arrived late due to the plane being delayed, upon arrival to the hotel check in was very fast. Reception arranged for a plate to be sent to the room as we had missed dinner. Bedrooms were very large, and clean. Our room overlooked the pool however we were not disturbed by any noise. Food in the restaurant was varied. We found the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help at all times.

My mattress was quite saggy. We had the paper on the door that we didn’t request housekeeping and 3 times they tried to come into the room to clean, whilst we had it up.

Hotel is all inclusive, there are great variations of food and drinks. Hotel is practically new 5 years old. There is free shuttle bus to Medina. Its safe and good atmosphere for family. Personal at hotel is great and helpfull. I like Zakaria from reception very profeasional and Smiley who is amusing people is also great. Also my check out was at 12 , they offer me to stay until i need to go on flight. It was great experience. I will come back one day.

Taxi negotitate before you enter, from the airport to hotel offer them 15 euro, from Medina to Menara mall 5 euro. Also everybody will try to cheat you at Medina Jam el fena as tourist. Tshirt maximum 15 euro top brands, Morroco shirt football 5 euro, long sleeves 25 euro max. They will offer you ridicolous prices...

Great hotel, especially the staff. The food was delicious and for every taste and preferences. Both activities in the hotel and advices from the personnel for having the best experience on optional things to do in Marrakesh was very helpful.

During last 3 days, the cleaning ladies constantly forgot to put the clean towels in our room - that was a bit annoying.
