Staff gentile e premuroso, anche nel preparare la colazione to go in orario notturno ( con eccellenti intenti ma risultati meno brillanti). Posto silenzioso e pulito.

Clean room with wonderful breakfast. Hotel is in the Khiva old town so can go to anywhere on foot. Staff are very friendly and can speak good English

До основных достопримечательностей пешком минуты 2, рядом с отелем маленькие магазины, шведский стол на завтрак, есть фрукты, несколько видов хлеба, колбаса, сыр, творог, сметана, варенье. Кофе только растворимый.

Le personnel est très attentionné. Répond à nos questions avec le sourire et la patience. Service de nettoyage. Dans la vieille ville. Grande salle à manger avec beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Shokir et Olloshukur sont toujours disponibles pour nous aider.

This hotel is very good, just next to the ancient city, you can enter the ancient city in a few minutes. The hotel is very distinctive and the breakfast is rich. In particular, the two front desks are very enthusiastic and help to solve all the problems. It was a great day trip to pack their car, Ollashukur was very good, we became friends.

English speaking receptionists. Very friendly and helpful. We bought a honey melon, the stuff prepared it for us. Nice breakfast. Definitely great value for money.

Ideally located within the historic Itchan Kala district of the city, but away from the more crowded streets. Large, lavish breakfast. Effective AC for the hot months. Staff was able to organize a private daytrip to some of the ancient fortresses of Karakalpakstan.

Beds are "extremely firm" (thin cotton mattress on top of a box spring...reminiscent of beds in countries like Japan). TV didn't connect to any live channels, only to internet "channels" like Netflix, YouTube, etc.

This is definitely one of the best boutique hotels in Khiva. The rooms are spacious and finely decorated, there’s a beautiful outdoor terrace at the third floor, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff is very helpful and resourceful. They gave me early check-in - as I arrived in Khiva with the morning train - and arranged for my transportation back to the train station for free. Highly recommended.

I really appreciate my staying in Shaherezada Hotel in Khiva. The staff was very helpful and the location is great. A special thanks to Ollashukur. He was very nice to move around with him and was very supportive. A very trustful person. I highly recommend the services that he offers. I spent a great time with him during visits and transfers. We had a very good time at the hotel and liked the central location very much. The rooms are spacious and clean and they had good breakfast. Ollashukur was very friendly and helped us to organize a cheap transportation to Nukus - thanks again. We also liked the view from the roof top terrace.

-We missed some tables or places to sit on the roof top terrace (maybe they did not have anything because it was very hot). -The water in the shower was a bit too strong and not very hot - but that wasn’t a huge problem as outside temperatures were very high.

- nice little hotel located inside the old city of Xiva, but still at a silent road - amazing and fluent english speaking staff, which had - probably cause my visit has been outside of the main season - always time for a little chat. Big thanks going to Ollashakur, keep it up! - breakfast had a large amount of choises - room with AC, been clean and nothing to complain about - the roof top is still under construction but has a chill out bench already and a view over the whole old city

- Wifi is a bit slow at the room, but working better at the lobby. But who needs to sit at the room all day anyway?

The terrace needed work which they are doing. That would have been wonderful to spend more time up there but it wasn't really suitable at the time

Central and nice hotel in Khiva. Modern building with friendly staff and included good breakfast. We used the services of Ollashukur for transfer and driving, really helpful and he provided recommendations as well as tips for Khiva.

the staff is very helpful and courteous. they helped us with a room for an hr to change and freshen up till our room got ready which was very thoughtful of them.
